We met in the park on a cloudy day, I was wearing my favourite blue dress, decorated with black roses and pearls. Wearing one of those flamboyant suits you so elegantly came over to greet me, a grin on your lips and mischief in your golden eyes you left an impression almost instantly. Appearing so sweet, though far from innocent, you offered to escort me as I had plenty of suitors following. At the time I was intrigued, no one as normally quite so bold. So, I let you escort me that afternoon and we talked, getting to know one another under the clouded sky and time forgotten as we spoke. I learnt that day that you were a warlock with mixed blood, which certainly explained your unique features. I also learnt why you were here, having travelled so far in search of a friend of yours who'd gone missing, so I offered my help before we had to part ways.

It was not long after that we met again, we found various leads, found many others that had vanished and fought off some rather annoying low class warlocks still after my hand. But it was that first kiss that made me realise, that cheeky yet passionate kiss stolen from you that caused me to hand over the key to my heart. It was after that I discovered how fun it was to tease you, to drive you to the edge and tempt you with honey coated words, we stayed at my place for quite some time, tracking down that old friend and trying to discover what was happening in the world of witches and warlocks.
But it was when we were finally alone, somewhere far away that you claimed to live we finally were able to enjoy each others company. Without the chaos of the town, the drama at parties and the odd suitor trying to break in during the night. We could spend quality time together in more ways than one.

However, it was not long after that you vanished, we returned back to mine and you left for a day but then nothing. Like those before you, like your friend, like those other witches and warlocks you vanished without a trace. I did not think it possible for some like you to join them. I knew, deep down that I would not see you again, my heart broke yet just like before I remained that sweet doll men fawned over. The sweet words 'I love you' would never again pass my lips. Though my heart broke I do still look, I do still hope that one day you'll saunter through those doors in one of those god forsaken suits, that cheeky grin upon your face and those mischievous gold eyes shouting "I'm back, sorry I'm late!"
