Hello all!
I'm Ceraniz, and new to this site, though not at all to roleplaying. I've been roleplaying for a bit over a decade now, across all sorts of genres and mediums. I've come here because I've always found the quality of writing and roleplay (and usually roleplayers) to be higher on forums rather than other mediums - I'm as much of a fan of quick and dirty roleplays as the next person but sometimes you want something that lasts more than one or two nights and a partner who can put at least a few sentences together without a major spelling or grammar mistake. That last part being said, I assure you I'm not a grammar nazi - in fact my first (and second) languages aren't english so I've had my shares of mistakes as well.
As to what I like to roleplay, I honestly run across the board and can be convinced to give pretty much anything a shot. That being said, my two favorite types of plots are Fantasy Adventure Romances and Historical Conflict. Sue me, I like plain old fantasy and romance. Beyond that though, I can get quite a bit darker and dirtier - I tend to like to do that in historical plots (though I can be like that in most any plot) because it provides the best opportunity. Stories about Romans subjugating barbarian tribes, viking raiders, or soldiers in wartime are always fun and provide plenty of opportunity for all sorts of messed up fun.
