Hello there!
My name is Aleyzial, some call me Aley for short, it's all good either way.
I'm new to the site though far from new to RP. I ventured into the world of RP back in 2004 when I was in high school and Gaia Online was the hip place to be. Sadly to say it didn't last long and I have been floating from place to place since then. After a decent time gap I gave things a go on IMVU with my wife, it was decent for about a year and then it too seemed to die. We RP'd on IMVU within the Gor community, I enjoy the world and details of these books though John Norman's writing style could use a little less repetition in his details.
I more or less refuse to venture into Second Life, too expensive and I'm tired of trying to do text based RP with people who are overly concerned with what their virtual rooms or Avatars look like, that's not what I like about RP.
I'm involved in a DnD group that I am glad to say has managed to remain running for almost a year now, I don't know about ya'll but that's a feat in it's own right! I have been the DM of said group for the last 6 months and more or less aided the first DM before that as it was his first attempt at running his own game.
As for writing, I have dabbled in writing short stories and a little poetry since I was young, though I claim no fame in either. lol
I love to RP though I will say this style of setting here is new to me. By the looks of it this site is a little more formal and organized than I am used to. Hopeful that this fact will prove to be to my liking.
I'm curious to explore the RP community here and am open to almost any style of play.
I mostly play a male character though I'm not opposed to playing a female.
I enjoy mostly fantasy and Science Fiction. Really enjoy fighting RPs. The only fandom I have really RP'd with is the Gor series.
Smut! Smut is something I actually enjoy writing and RPing, I know it's not always a favorite of RP communities but I was glad to see that ya'll have an actual forum for it here. I love getting into the details of sex scenes and not the one liner groans and grunting sounds most people prefer to turn it into, sex is a beautiful thing and words make it far sexier.
Essentially I'm up for whatever!
Was very impressed with the greetings I received from this group the night I signed up, hope to see more of you around and enjoy the company.
