Hello! I am Sarah and I am so excited to join this forum! I am 32, married, mom of one baby girl, and a teacher. I dreamt of being an author when I was a little girl. I never pursued writing though besides writing essays for class. Creative writing was something I was told wouldn't help me get into college or establish a legitimate career. I understand from a practical stance that there are very few people who make it as professional writers and my family was looking out for my best interest. However, I feel that I never really got the chance to try my hand at writing and I look forward to trying on this website. A friend from college told me about this forum and how much she felt she was able to grow as a writer. I am excited to try my hand at writing with all of you wonderful people!
