My name is Scott. I'm 26 and from the USA. I have not done text-based RP in years, but after playing some D&D recently, I felt there was an itch that needed scratching so I went on Google and found this forum. I am excited to explore here and see what kind of opportunities there are for me in this community.
A little about me: I love cooking, and I love computer games. I also work a full-time job at a group home. I have a boyfriend, and we rent a place together with my childhood best friend. We also have two pet birds and a pet pig.
As far as my writing style goes, it's difficult for me to comment. I haven't done any writing lately, and I was much younger when I did regularly RP. I will say that I favor serious, immersive settings and serious dialogue. I love exploring and unraveling histories and mysteries of fantasy worlds. I love epic fiction, and I tend to reference and define a lot of the entities that exist in a fantasy world, citing lore and anecdotal experiences of significant, influential places, characters, and events to aid in bringing a fantasy world to life. I also love bearing witness to relatable struggles in unfamiliar worlds.
I have no training in writing outside what one may acquire from high school, and I am far from a fervent reader. I welcome all criticism of anything I write regardless of whether or not it's based on personal opinion. And please, correct my grammar.
Looking forward to the RP. Cheers.
