Welcome! I hope you have fun here! The thing that helped me get used to the layout the most was changing the page design scheme. In the bottom left corner of this page you should see a clickable button that says something like "default theme" or "medieval library". Click on it and change the theme to something you fancy! I personally use Minimal because it's sleek and easy to read and browse.
