Hello Sanctum Dwellers!!
Delayed but not forgotten, we've decided on a short poetry prompt to start off 2022:
Write a Poem under 1000 Words about a Beginning.
As always, what that means is open to interpretation—you can decide on all the details. Anything goes so long as general site rules are followed and the prompt is attempted. Badges will be awarded to all participants, with a special one for the winner, all courtesy of @Rose for the Hunter.
Please post all entries as a thread in this forum (Link) with a unique title. The Deadline for this month is Sunday, January 30th, 2022. Please have all entries posted by that evening (EST)

This was so hard!! Never done poetry before. Well, it was an attempt at least.
