Hello all!

My preferred name is Tyn but feel free to call me Painter, Insomniac or any variation of my username you feel appropriate.

I am just recently making my triumphant but exhausted return to the roleplaying scene. I've been roleplaying for over 15 years although the past few years have been slow due to work demands. Thankfully the work has changed and I have reclaimed my weekends and evenings which has brought me back here.

Other notes about me: I am all about putting my/our characters through the metaphorical wringer or purely writing a slice of life bit of fluff. I am a multi-paragraph, 3rd person writer. DM chats are 100% welcomed! I am a very communicative person and want to let you know if there will be delays etc.

I am eyeballs deep in Final Fantasy XIV with the new expansion release and am dying to build something off of that world. Action, Sci-fi, Suspense and Fantasy are some of my favorite genres so if you are looking for anything in that area send me a message!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
