First, a few things to note.
1 This idea would be considered one of my main RP's. For those, I look for someone who is willing to push themselves in replies. The saying, "Sometimes there's just not much to say in a reply" doesn't really work in this case. I do one liners just like everyone else, but for this roleplay, they are a solid no. I'm looking for someone who desires to expand their knowledge of longform writing. When I do this, I can go anywhere from 9 to 13 paragraphs. I care about length not simply for word count's sake, but more for the sake of developing my own craft. I would expect my partner to put time and effort into their posts.
If this kind of commitment doesn't sound exciting to you, then this likely isn't the RP for you.
2 Plotting would be a shared activity between me and my partner. Nothing would be one sided. This isn't to say that I don't enjoy coming up with things on the fly. I believe that writers should have the opportunity in RP to be creative and set their muses free so to speak. What I do mean, is that this wouldn't just be my story. Anything I've preplanned could easily be revised depending on the ideas of my partner.
3 This RP would be a long running story. What I mean by that is I'd like to go really in depth with the world building, characters, and style. If you're not looking for a project that will require creative thinking and the opportunity to get truly invested in a story, this isn't for you.

The Premise
I have no preference as far as male characters go. In this RP, I would play the female. If you have any ideas and can meet the basic criteria above, pm me with your thoughts and questions.In a world ruled by cruel religious cults and age old Gods, a lone woman finds herself lost in a secret network of passages after being pushed off a cliff. With no way out, she must blindly explore the darkness. Little does she know, the intricately designed tunnels span the entire length and width of the continent above. Horrors lurk being stone doors and every corner presented a fresh challenge.
Luckily for her, she soon finds a tavern of sorts within this underground network. Inside she meets a variety of men and women from all different walks of life. Most are hunters who have come in search of rare species that exist underground. All know a way out of the tunnels. However, convincing a stranger to help proved to be a difficult task for this woman. And even if she did, the news would be terrifying at best, for the nearest exit was nearly one hundred miles away.
Will you be the one to help her escape? Or the one to lead her into an even worse fate?
