(I tend to play scrawnier characters but that can make a fight interesting as you have to get a little creative, and a little desperate. If you want a big beefy muscle to beat down I could do that too, but it would be a newer experience for me. Most of my fighting exp comes from self-defense/karate/kickboxing lessons I took as a kid.)
