Okay, so I'm right in the beginning/middle stages of plotting a story and I believe it would be the perfect timing to bring in a writing partner to help me sort out all the finer details, sub-plots and such. I have everything for it on a different website, which i would be willing to let my partner have the log-in information for, temporarily, while we plot and discuss it further.
Romance is a big part but not the main plot. I haven't written any sexual encounters before but I'm fairly confident in my ability to do so. The very beginning will have one because of how the plot line goes, however it's not a huge part for me since the story comes first. If we don't vibe well as far as writing i will let you know and i hope you do the same if you aren't feeling it. Open communication is big for me as well as my writing partner being understanding. I will show you the same courtesy of course :) I can't give a specific time schedule as far as writing since i have three kids and one is a nine month old who just started walking so my days can be very busy at times.
I write between two to six paragraphs, just kind of depending on the scene and my writing partner. I would like at least two paragraphs at minimum, however for the sexual parts one paragraph will do just fine. I ask that those intimate scenes are classy and not trashy please. Good grammar is a big plus but typos are expected as everyone has them.
Oh, a really huge thing for me is I need someone who can write side characters with almost as much, if not exactly as much, depth as your main character.
I think that's about it as far as what i'm looking for. I haven't gotten a clear picture of what the entire plot is since it's still a work in progress. But what i do have is that the antagonist is poisoning the forest, wildlife, and surrounding water sources in an attempt to kill off or prevent the Wolf-Born pack living in the area from thriving safely. My character, Bex, met your male character six years before at a local party, where he winds up crashing in the same bed as her (I'm implying naughty things lol), he wakes up late the next morning to his friends honking their horn and yelling for him. He runs out, not wanting to face the girl he slept with, thinking it was only his drunk brain that concocted some elaborate lie about her being his mate, and leaves town to return to his own pack a couple hundred miles away. (His reason for being in that town and at that specific party is up to you)
Six years later when his dad passes away or steps down unexpectedly, he has to find her again to see if she really is his mate. At this time she owns a place that backs up to a huge expanse of protected forest, where she works and her pack resides, and for the last couple of years has been battling with a strange sickness slowly killing the plant and wild life. It has also been causing miscarriages in the females of the pack, preventing any new generations from being born, and making weaker members of the pack deathly ill as well as causing health issues for the stronger ones.
When your characters runs into Bex in the human town twenty miles from her home town, she has a six year old daughter which turns out to be his. Bex is angry with him for leaving like he did, under the impression that he knew for sure she was his mate when he left.
