Name. Tomkin Osato also known as Tom

Alignment. Chaotic neutral
Weapons. daito/katana, wakasari, tanto, 9mm hand gun, sniper rifle, explosives, lock picks etc
Skills. Ken no kami (before turn) (sword saint higest rank possible for swordmanship), military stragesist,lock picking, stealth, hand to hand combat.
History. Tomkin san was born into a samurai noble family in the Edo period just outside of what is now Tokyo. He rose in the ranks to become the local lords most trusted retainer and bodyguard. After enduring years of intense training he became the youngest ever blade master to earn the right to carry a heron marked sword (at age of 23 ) He fought a duel of honor because all though he never broke his masters trust his master accused Tomkin san of having an affair with one of his wives. Mortally wounded he was bitten and thus turned in to a vampire. Though out his unnaturally long life he has fought in many wars. He now lives in Tokyo and works as a hit man for any one who can pay (mainly Yakuza and Triad).
