Hello I'm Andy, rping since the summer of 16. And before that too. I love graphics, music, and writing and am mixing all of it together for Roleplay.
I'm interested CURRENTLY in modern era storylines. I've come to present plots and characters, hoping to find a partner interested in writing them out. Ignore my intro post, it's old and exclusion of smut is absolutely inconsequential, you will still need to be an adult for us to write though.
ANYWAYS, I'm looking for long term partners. I just ask that you aren't political or at least don't force politics on me. My simple mind isn't interested in that game. Also I enjoy my privacy so I won't discuss my family, my work, or my money. Also, details about spit, teeth damage, and KNIVES are details I actually don't fully appreciate. So avoiding these is my biggest preference (not a deal breaker though)
I'm extremely shy about the subject of smut, let's just say I'm not going to focus on it, if it happens it happens, and I'll only consider my characters kinks and limits. My own erotica limits can be discussed in private to avoid judgement.
I'm currently NOT writing for any fandoms and am not looking for canon engagement. I am familiar with a lot of ips though so we can include it in conversation just not rp.
Here's the pairs I want to write-
Modern setting, Celebrity & Music themes, Romantic
Antonia (Toni) Star - 25-32, Popstar, Model, Influencer
D (Solid) Davis - 30, Cyberbanger, Rapper, Streamer
Toni and Solid are one of those "nobody gets it but us" kind of couples. Hella inside jokes, mad history even though they met in their adult lives, him being a street hardened, ghetto boy rapper from Chicago's streets and her brought up as a chill, upeper class singer who writes songs about emotion and love. The connection is deeper then people see; he really respects her grind as a singer and songwriter beyond the glamour, and she genuinely vibes with his authentic, unfiltered lyricism even if it's generally crude.
Modern setting, Supernatural & Horror themes, Platonic
Julie (Alpha) - Unknown age, Anomalous Entity, Immortal
Timothy (Tim) Lawler - At least 1600 years old, Geist, Immortal
The relationship between Julie and Tim is something more akin to a nightmare they fell into: it all started when a mysterious set of anomalous phenomenon started infesting Julie's small town. Tim was the result of one of these phenomenon, a geist with a history of loss and revenge. Now, they are bound by it and are locked in this intense partnership that's about one thing: survival. He's basically a spirit possessing people near her sometimes herself, if he has to, and this strange energy Julie has that makes these events gravitate to her both intrigues and concerns him. They aren't a romantic couple. This is a toxic balance, if not a completely parasitic bond born out of her desperation for normalcy and his to simply 'exist'. He teaches her to manage, weaponize, and navigate their supernatural circumstances. Meanwhile, she's reluctantly learning what she can, if for no other reason than to survive the threats to her own life.
Modern setting, crime & substance themes, drama & action oriented, Romantic
Veronica Fuentes Teresi - 30-35, Club Owner, Cartel Family Heir, Queenpin
Thomas (Tommy) Teresi - 35, Career Criminal Enforcer, Mafia Family Heir, Kingpin
Tommy and Veronica runs on pure, raw power in a scary different way than the other pairs, They operate like some of the old mobs of Chicago or New York back in the day; they operate on violence as their main method of intimidation, or solving any problem.
They're also the most loyal partners imaginable to each other; he is one of her most trusted enforcers and confidantes and she is both the object of his reverence the center of their combined organizations the queen piece. Either would have a generational crash out if they lose the other.
They love the drug game and the business that comes with it, the rivalry, enemies, schemes, and and wins just adds firewood to the fire they plan on taking the world over with. But even with all that blood dirt money power they got they never are fully satisfied, there is an emptiness, an ambition of something more that neither of them confronted yet in each other that's only got colder the more powerful they've gotten.
He looks at Veronica as the center of the game. And Veronica, smart and calculated as she is and the only descendant of her family name who actually has the guts for the family business of cartel ties she got her father.
Now though it is romantic, these characters aren't actually like sunshine and rainbows. They are flawed, dark and have fucked up habits, can do really fucked up things and have an obsession with control, a desperate, almost NEED to have everything they set their sights on. The normal life isn't for them so instead they run an empire and the rules they bend to their will. They are irredeemable but they do have a immense sense of love and care for each other.
Do you have any detailed plots prepared?
Toni & Solid -
Popular vibes: Popular Vibe kicks off when Toni gets a role in a high budget arthouse movie directed by a up and coming indie director who's making his first big studio jump. They want to shoot "realism" and for them, that means a 24/7 immersive Method process, with Toni completely off the grid for a few months at a remote, isolated location; no phone, no interviews, no social media, no Solid. For Toni, it's a legit artistic challenge, one where she can prove her talent is more than just singing and looking pretty. Solid calls it some pretentious white actor bullshit but keeps his thoughts in check; last thing he wants is to be the one to stifle her growth, But something in that controlled environment starts to mess with her head. Between the performance art direction, the isolation from her real world distractions, and the constant blurring of Toni the celeb versus whatever character she's playing (or being remolded into? We'll go over details to decide), her grip on reality starts to get shaky at the worst, most delicate parts.
When she looks at photos they smuggle in from back home or from Solid on a burner phone, she doesn't always recognize herself, this life she remembers feels like a different person’s, another performance she's forced to give for cameras she's not sure even exist outside her head anymore. The director and crew are fueling her confusion with backhanded compliments about "losing herself in the role," even Toni, for a while, is eating up the praise about this "transformation," even though every win for her process is a piece of her actual soul lost. By the time she realizes the set has become more real than her reality, it’s almost too late.
The drama could get really dark towards the end, I won't give any specific ideas away here though, except that these characters can die or be horribly (psychologically) fucked by this project.
The Juicy Show:
Let's duet:
Julie & Tim -
Skeleton Night: Skeleton Night is supposed to be pretty wild and creative. It requires a slow build up leading to a bloody and viceral fight for survival. It starts with a creeping wrongness; One morning, Tim finds out that mannequins from stores around town have disappeared overnight. Normally it would be dismissed as some sort of prank but Julie and Tim know better, something crazy is about to happen and it's using quite alot of resources to do it. By evening, it's discovered that skeleton remains have also vanished, and is confirmed by Tim and Julie.
These mannequins and remains haven't really disappeared, and though Tim at some point suggests the obvious, this is not possession, this is something else; a hostile phenomenon that bleeds into the inanimate, transmuting cheap plastic and old bone, turning it into something greater, for a purpose: They're making a move for Julie again. For Tim, it becomes a terrible realization, For Julie, it’s another confirmation of her worst nightmare: wherever she goes, the world twists into a weapon pointed directly at her.
Now the plot isn't meant to be too deep and more scenario by scenario. We can expand on the mystery, sure, but the point of this plot is most definitely the bloodbath that closes it out. the question is less "who is making this move?" and more "How far are they going to go to defy this scheme”. I will explain exactly how for those interested in entertaining this plot via pms, just know a bit of fight writing will be necessary as the pair will have a few moments where they need to fight or they will die.
Hunting Witches:
Hell's Heroes:
Veronica & Tommy -
Alpha to Apex: Alpha to Apex starts with a single idea: stop being a crew that has connects. BE the connect. Stop working at the bottom of the top. It hits Veronica during one of the afterhours meetings where she’s got to sign off on payment after payment going out the door to some supplier in Miami or the cartel that still TECHNICALLY oversees them. Tommy sees it in her eyes before over the coming days, that familiar hunger when the numbers stop adding up and greed just gives way to the ambition. The plan is born from exhaustion and ego: consolidate. Take out or absorb every player from the Five Families' old drug routes in Staten Island to the new-money weapon supply lines up into Boston, leaving only their name as the one that matters on the coast.
It’s not just a war; it's a corporate takeover done with a gun instead of a fountain pen. They start by using Tommy’s ruthless approach to cancel christmas on the weakest links on the supply chain, sending a loud, violent message about their new zero tolerance policy for competition. At the same time, Veronica orchestrates logistics and maneuvers to out wit distributors with better pricing, more reliable shipping, a force consisting of Mexican and Italian soldiers, and brutal psychological warfare that has more old regime kingpins cutting a deal with them than showing up to a gunfight. The real game begins when they realize they can't scare or buy everyone, and they come across power on the other side of the city that has no desire to kneel. Unfortunately for their opposition, they have no plans on stopping until they're the apex of the food chain.

Do you have any characters you want to write? (Our character forum is here if you want a dedicated thread)
Not at the moment, besides the characters I lost here
:Any additional notes you want to add?
I'll throw up bios for each character soon. I already have them in my docs but I'll put them on the boards here for your convenience. And I'll fill out the plots throughout the week when time permits. For now if you enjoyed, you can hit me up so we can get a thread or two going here. Love plotting, love carrying, and I especially love writing.
