Starting a thread to archive some of my characters. Feel free to window shop for possible role play's in the future, but please don't reply to this thread directly. It's purely for aesthetic reasons, but I would be very grateful!

Disclaimer; most of the art used as face claims for the characters in this thread is created with a mixture of generic photo editing, AI manipulation, and/or manual manipulation.
Unless stated otherwise, I do not own any of the images used for these characters, however, they are not under any copyright by anyone.

Eric Holstein
-Vampire-
-----------------------------------------------------
Screenshot 2023-08-23 201608.png

Pronouns: He/Him
Sexuality: Pansexual

Physical Characteristics: Standing near 6 feet off the ground (183 cm), Eric presents himself as a well groomed young man. Short, brown hair and a clean shaven face sit atop a modest build and long legs.

Age: Appears older than 20, physically he is closer to 90
Skin Tone: Pale
Eye Colour: Dark green in the sun, Pale yellow in the moon

Personality: Eric is a cocky go-getter who believes he already owns the world. He was raised rich and has lived a lavish life, never wanting for anything. His love language is gift giving, often to a detrimental degree.

Late one evening in a dreary, bustling city, a sharply dressed young man stumbled out of the speakeasy he'd been booted from and collapsed onto the wet sidewalk. As he struggled to gather his bearings, a young woman in a dark coat offered him her hand. Eric accepted her help and stumbled to his feet, all the while trying to thank her. But his speech was slurred and the words came out more as a low mumble. She pitied the man, despite how intoxicated he was. She offered to help him home, and that's when the man snuck a sly glance at her body and told her he "admired how forward she was with her advances." Rightfully so, the woman grew flustered at what the stranger insinuated and sharply drew the back of her hand across his mouth. Normally the man would react in an appropriate way, but seeing as his vision and thoughts were equally blurred by alcohol he instead lunged forward to retaliate.

The woman caught his hand effortlessly. Her strength was not only odd for a woman in this era, but it was practically inhuman. Eric was too drunk to realize there was something off about her behavior, so instead he tried to wrench his hand free to continue his assault. The odd woman dragged him into an alley, shielded from both the rain and the sickly glow of the buildings around them. Had she wanted to, she could have killed Eric that night. Instead, she used her fangs to give him eternal life.

This is where Eric chooses to end the story when he's the one telling it, choosing not to recount his painful transformation, nor how long it took him to adjust to being dead. But there is always more to a story than it's beginning.

Kash Singh
-Werewolf-
-----------------------------------------------------

Screenshot 2023-08-24 165829.png

Pronouns: He/Him
Sexuality: Heterosexual

Physical Characteristics: Kash stands close to an intimidating 7" (just under 213 cm). His skin is a dark tan, and his hair even darker. His eyes are a gloomy brown until hit just so by the light, where they shine a brilliant and angry amber.

Age: 31

Personality: Kash is the Beta of his pack, and takes his role very seriously. The other wolves around him often tease him about his inability to lighten up. He's protective of those he considers family, but not as possessive as people assume werewolves to be. Kash's duty is to his pack, so he is not upset that he hasn't found his Mate. Being a single werewolf without a goddess-given life partner was yet another thing the other's teased him for.

Background: Tragic backstory coming soon~

Andrew Vanderbilt
-Vampire-

-----------------------------------------------------------
Screenshot 2023-08-24 165840.png
Pronouns: He/Him
Sexuality: Heterosexual

Physical Characteristics: A strong build and chiseled features are Andrew's best quality. His brown hair is often left messy, save for a brief grooming session each morning. His eyes are a deep green, but appear almost black in the right lighting.

Age: Appears 40, real age is closer to 120

Personality: Andrew is a no-nonsense man with little patience. He lives in a time where hard work translates directly to prosperity, and as a result he spends most of his time working. He has not yet decided what to do with his immortality, and has spent the last near 100 years moving from place to place chasing some semblance of a normal life.

Background: Tragic backstory coming soon~

Fray McFerrin
Half Dragon
---------------------------------------

Picsart_23-09-12_09-20-39-359.jpg

Pronouns: He/Him
Sexuality: Pansexual

Physical Characteristics: Fray boasts a long, regal face and a large nose, a common trait among dragons when shapeshifting. Fray, himself, cannot shapeshift, but will occasionally glow with the aura of a Silver Dragon when tapping into his abilities. His physical build is slightly above average and he stands at 6' 7" (200 cm). His eyes shift from an icy blue to a startling silver.

Age: 22

Personality: He's pompous and spoiled as a front to hide his insecurities. When pushed he can be outgoing, though he prefers to stay quietly to himself. He has a tendency to hoard gold, a trait carried down by his mother, but his favorite thing to collect is sea glass, whether polished naturally by the ocean or artificially. In a group, Fray often plays the role of a warrior.

Fray's father worked under the king as a soldier and had a lot of influence on those around him. One night he was ordered to take his men to the village over and collect the hide of the dragon hiding among them. The dragon wasn't causing any trouble, the king was just greedy and wanted another shiny set of scales for his trophy room. Fray's father arrived in the town to discover the dragon wasn't a hulking, fire spitting monster, but a fair young woman with silver hair and glowing eyes. He bought her a drink and was promptly humbled when she outdrank him. The two spent a night together before Fray's father admitted why he had been sent here. Fearful for her life, the dragon killed the knight. Regretful of her impulsive action, she fled from the town. Less than a year later, she gave birth to a young boy. She saw the child as her punishment for killing the knight all those months ago. She tried to raise him without bias, but his dark hair reminded her of the knight as it grew and curled around his face, and his cries reminded her of the pained, confused gurgle the knight had given as his final breath. Fray felt his mother was distant from him as he grew up, and often tried to earn her praise through any means possible. She didn't like talking about his past, she didn't tell him about his father, and when he threatened to leave at 17 to find his own way in life, she didn't stop him.
