Appearance - Rosie has light, wavy, peachy pink hair, her bangs somewhat curled at the tips as they face upwards. Her eyes are somewhat like a sunset, a deep orange at the top before pleasantly fading into a soft yet bright yellow. She is commonly wearing what you see above, a pink dressy which is sometimes accompanied with a harness, thigh high boots, and all of her little accessories. But that was her before the explosion.
She is now commonly wearing what you see in the last photo.
Also has an ear piercing in each ear and beauty marks, like the one on the top of her left breast.

Hobbies - Rosie used to do many things, she was an oldy type of girl. Having her little 80's style and even working at an 80's themed diner, she liked going to drive in movies and roller skating around. But currently, she just goes around and scavenges for food and such; slaughtering mutants or other people who try to get in her way or take the things that she rightfully found.

Dislikes - Rosie doesn't dislike many things really, she dislikes disrespectful and rude people. Mutants, people who get in her way or attempt to steal her things, being yelled at, being lied to. Very common things nowadays really.

Likes - Rosie likes what she used to like before the explosions and a few new additions, she likes flowers ((particularly roses)), roller skating, flirting, going out, and more. But more recently, its more like roller skating and slicing heads off mutants, picking up black flowers that were stained from the smoke and fog of the explosions, flirting with somewhat human male mutants to get passed and going out to scavenge. That's all she shows really, but there's no limit to what she likes and doesn't. It's just too long to say it all here.

Persona - Rosie is an oldy type of gal so she can be expected to do a lot of the cliche things that happened back then and act like it as well, but that changed after the explosions really as she became all lonely because of it. She's bubbly but only to those she truly trusts or she's trying to lure in or is ultimately about to slaughter, she's also a bit melancholy as she would would around casually when scavenging and would sing little songs; like little rhymes, mostly ring around the rosie. She's a big flirt when it comes to some life or death situations, only at times though. Because some mutants are more human like than anything so if it'd a guy, she'll flirt her way until they become all vulnerable and she can strike. She's somewhat slick. But overall if you really get to know her, Rosie is; Flirty, sweet, kind, bubbly, caring, and a bit overprotective... well. Possessive.
