In Depth Information
Appearance
Let us start from the top, moving our gaze towards Willow's hair. As it is, Willow possesses a mop of thick, black hair which proceeds down the left side in a fringe of unkempt streaks. The strands of his hair are rather silky, and incredibly smooth to the touch. Some people have called it luscious, but Willow would insist that they are overdoing it.

A set of large, black eyes rest above his nose peering forward with a level of disinterest which would draw him appearing bored, and less than amused. Is it a resting bitch face? Not truly, but rather he can appear melancholy most times, even though such dark emotions are far from clouding his mind.

As for facial hair, Willow seems to have been spared most of its demands, calling for any level of bladed contact.

Speaking of his skin, Willow is rather pale. It is, however, safe to say, that it runs in the family. Another thing that appears prevalent within the Creeds would be their slight frames. Willow stands at a meager five feet, and three inches at sixteen years of age, with a slight ninety pounds to carry him. He is incredibly slender, to the point of scrawniness where one would clearly see those ribs if his shirt appears elsewhere than on his torso.

As a person who has been active throughout his life, the marks of experience make their way across his exposed frame in the form of smaller scars, and bruises. Willow, having spent a lot of time in the forest and similar locales, has since an age back been closely acquainted with pebble-covered grounds, stones, and dirt roads. One should, of course, mention the myriad of trees he has climbed since an ever-younger body allowed. Now, do not discard the more serious marks appearing on his pale skin. Knife wounds and the like tell of a darker story, indeed.

Every person possesses a scent. Some people appear to blanket themselves in it strongly, enough so for other humans to notice, and others are incredibly subtle. Willow smells of forest leaves, and nature's touch more often, than not. It is considered rather harmonic, rather serene, and most of all, quite pleasant. Rather fitting, Willow has a pair of rather effeminate hands, his skin soft and gentle.

Willow's voice is light, and somewhat raspy to the ear. Given how he is the quieter type, he might just not be used to running his mouth for a long amount of time.

Finally, we'll finish with Willow's choice of attire. Comfort is the word that comes to mind, comfort and affordable accommodations. A notable feature would perhaps be the tired and mellow appearance Willow gives off, lacking in sleep and any healthy level of nourishment.

Clothing
Willow wears simple clothing consisting of baggy shirts and cargo pants. Upon his feet, he wears simple converse shoes, with all of his clothing coming off a tad too loose for his slender form. Sleeves tend to hang down his bony fingers, and his pants require belts to stay up. Due to his fragile shape, Willow wears many layers of fabric, as well as a scarf to repel an unforgiving cold. Upon slender hands, Willow wears a pair of fingerless leather gloves. Finally, Willow wears his shoulder bag, and a small knife used for everyday tasks. This knife could not be considered a weapon, by any stretch of the imagination.

Personality
Apologetic, in a way, Willow offers those around him an empathetic gaze accompanied by a mellow expression and somewhat apathetic demeanor. He appears to be jaded, quite roughly so, and speaks with a soft, and in every way harmonic voice. A sense of stress, urgency and chaos appear distant if not entirely vacant from this young man.

Indeed, he is a quiet young man. He allows his actions to speak for him, but he is not above a sense of physical affection. Watching a play with friends, sharing a plate of food, and offering a shoulder to lean on are all second nature to Willow.

Towards his friends, Willow is kindhearted, and sometimes even mischievous. His silence draws him a rather curious individual and by all means, odd. The boy appears to spend a lot of time within the recess of his own mind, often escaping the vast world surrounding him with his nose in a book. More commonly, one would spot Willow working on his artistic skills, of which he is rather impressive.

Willow is quite self-going and rarely seeks to rely on others. However, he is not opposed to working together with those approaching him. One could perhaps point it towards a less than reasonable social ability. Speaking of which, Willow rarely if ever mentions the myriad of thoughts echoing throughout his head. It is worth to note the voices living within that skull of his, as well. Throughout his life, however, Willow has gotten somewhat used to them. At least to the point where their absence would worry him, and wash over the poor boy with a wind of loneliness.

Strengths
Necrotic Manifestations
Much like the conjuring of ice and fire, Willow is able to concentrate his ability into a dangerous force of necrotic energy. The more energy Willow puts into the use of his powers, the more rapid the necrosis works, much like a burn. Willow can, with enough power accumulate disintegration with this power. He is however not quite that powerful, yet. As of now, contact with biological material will see it wither and rot, rapidly. The tissue darkens to a black state, falling apart, much like the final stage of decomposition.

Now, this power takes the form of a beige, bone colored concentrated smoke. Upon contact with organic matter, it forces an immediate reaction of necrosis, similar to that of a spider bite from a Brown Recluse. Ironically, Willow is terrified of spiders.

If maintained for only a short while, Willow's powers leave a weaker level of tissue damage which can be healed with medical attention. This is his main use of Necrokinesis.


Necrotic Body
It would appear that Willow's frame is immune to the strife of biological degeneration where his cells would otherwise split and degenerate. This has effectively halted Willow's aging process entirely, which took effect recently. Willow does not know of this power, yet.

Weaknesses
Necrotic Curse
Though his powers render him immune to biological degeneration, Willow's ability constantly saps his mortal frame of energy which renders him tired, fatigued and weak. This also prevents Willow from gaining weight, or building muscle as his powers would drain him of both.

Necrotic Mind
Perhaps not an immediate weakness caused by his powers, Willow suffers from hallucinations, temporal psychosis, and inner voices. His physical weakness makes this much harder to resist. These disorders take the shape of his own reflection. None other can see or interact with Willow's hallucination, but he can very much feel and hear everything from this dark shadow of himself. Mind readers, however, can see into Willow's broken mind and interact with this mental creature.

Necrotic Soul
Divine and healing powers actually damage Willow, rather than mend him. On the contrary, negative energy powers heal him. Willow cannot heal himself, with his powers.

Necrotic Presence
Due to the nature of his powers, Willow is quite sensitive to sunlight. This has lead to more than a few jokes about him being a vampire. While it doesn't burn his skin, it causes irritation to his eyes and reduces his ability to concentrate.

Shunned
Not a direct weakness of his powers, but rather a social stigma. Willow is, in short, a death wielder. Those who do not view him with hatred, would view him with fear.

Artificial Intelligence
Willow's powers are completely and entirely ineffective against non-organic matter.

Willow is weak against mental powers. However, one should be warned, that entering his mind can be quite dangerous.

Historical Information
Investigative Notes
Found at the age of twelve beaten, and bloodied. Both of his parents appeared to have died from severe necrosis.
It was revealed that Willow had been viciously abused until the age of twelve, when he was found.
Willow displayed severe mental issues upon retrieval, the result of extreme trauma.
He was then admitted to a mental hospital where he proceeded to spend six years.
Recently deemed functional enough to manage a daily life on his own, Willow, now considered an adult, has been written out of the asylum with monthly checkups.
Though the mental shape of his darkness manifests itself still, Willow has grown to have somewhat of a friendly relationship with this mental figment of his imagination. Needless to say, the young man would be severely lonely without his mental disorder.

History
Growing up with abusive parents is not an original state of being. Indeed, a tale told and heard. Willow would proceed to continue these statistics with peers turning their drug-induced wrath towards an unwanted son. Hooking up at an early age, one mistake lead to another, and all too reckless lifestyle landed two previous lovebirds in a nest they could barely keep.

Shifting their focus to alcohol and the ever releasing powder, Willow was left to fend for himself for most parts of his life. Indeed, this lead to a great deal of hours spent outside the confines of the boy's home. It was a commodity for Willow to seek comfort in the presence of others, though as many victims of domestic abuse, he kept the truth of what came to unfold behind closed doors, to himself. There is also the obvious truth that few would listen to, or care for the words of a farmer's boy.

Willow lived a rather common life, apart from his personal situation. His day consisted of spending time with closer friends taking the shape of cattle and pets, and keeping a distance from the more wealthy folk. Upon reaching his home, he'd proceed to keep a distance from his parents as well, though this was not always a successful endeavor.

Upon his abilities coming to be, Willow came to notice a notable shift in his being. That of which came in contact with him withered and rotted into nothingness, and his frame felt all the weaker. The beatings he took felt worse, due to this change. Retreating from the social pursuits which had once offered comfort, Willow was understandably intrigued and terrified by these powers. Though, this fear turned him into a recluse, whereas in he attempted to learn enough, to prevent his powers from escaping his frame.

This addition would, however, come to destroy the home Willow once knew. Though he had come to learn how to control these abilities, enough physical trauma easily surpassed the walls he had built. This evidently lead to a reaction out of Willow's control, where his aggressors met their end.

Appearance
Once your eyes come to greet this figure, they would be met by a pale shape, indeed. Standing slender and thin, at no more than the average height of five feet and seven inches, this creature appears to carry with him a sense of honor and nobility. Is it assertiveness? A position of self-awareness? Raziel armorers himself with professionalism, an aura of calm and harmony surrounding this peculiar individual. Matched only by the silence of his footsteps, Raziel Lunaris speaks with an assertive, yet relaxed tone. He does not find a need in making himself heard, beyond the initial attempt. One could perhaps consider this an act of arrogance. Though, if we are to shift our attention to the young man's physical appearance, one will quickly note a thick mop of raven hair atop his head. Strands proceed down in a set of bangs, somewhat obfuscating the obsidian gaze which in turn would appear to pierce an onlooker's glare. Flawless, almost unnaturally so, Raziel possesses chalk white skin without sight of a single blemish brought forth through age, nor conflict.

He seems to have grasped the mature age of twenty winters to claim, and moves with steps comparable to that of a silent shadow. With a straight back and a curious gaze, he can often be seen analyzing a sight in silence. Working out the machinations in his head, Raziel often sees it fit to consider his words before uttering them to any who might hear.

His body is of the slender type, indeed. There does not appear to be any visible muscles to view, would you gaze upon his naked shape. Rather, much like a dancer, his frame is lithe and graceful, not at all belonging to one who wields a blade. Indeed, a person might, in fact, find it disturbing how this gentleman, for that is what he is, meets your gaze with a fixed sight of his own. Never yielding, never relenting, those obsidian orbs resting above a small nose will retain their target with harmonic bliss to accompany the assertiveness.

A smile is often seen upon his lips, though quite somber in nature. It is almost as if it remains, solely as a courtesy to others, an otherwise splendid compliment to his unnatural beauty. Of course, one claims that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, but Raziel possesses an aura of almost effeminate splendor, rather than a masculine presence. Indeed, he has often been mistaken for a woman, in the past, a notion he finds quite hilarious.

Personality
Accompanying this creature's otherworldly presence is a personality to match. Relaxed, calm and professional, Raziel treads forth with a sense of zeal in each step. He is unrelenting, though not obnoxious in the way this is portrayed. No, Raziel Lunaris reflects the grace provided by Knights of a long forgotten tale. He is polite indeed, but merciless in execution. The gestalt speaks with words considered most peculiar in this day and age, echoing his image of a creature certainly of a bygone age. He is chivalrous, make no mistake, his heart quite golden, but with this comes a sense of a justice brushing against the most poetic kind. The dragon requires a masterfully placed stroke to be felled, and it shall be so. Raziel does not believe in the ever-repeated process of spiriting a criminal towards the confines of a prison. Those who aim to pick up arms in an attempt to cause harm have sealed their fates in the action.

Now, we are to delve deeper. Raziel Lunaris is quite an affectionate romantic. No, an affectionate individual as a whole. Not only poetic in speech, but also in action, he sees to an embrace much like a language in itself. Is it to instill a sense of positivity in a dark situation? Yes, indeed. He is not above enjoying a movie with friends, laughing at a joke or sharing a drink. Indeed, Raziel adores conversation, especially of a more philosophical nature.

Raziel is loyal, unwavering and vigilant. He is a modern-day knight, and those he considers friends are family and soul mates. He wastes no time before spilling blood in the name of his beliefs. Though, do not consider this young man rash or impulsive. Rather, he is the opposite. Carefully assessing a situation before acting, Raziel is as willing to wield his tongue's razor edge as he is ready to draw a sword. It all comes down to what his opponent shackles to the consequences of their actions.

On the flip side, Raziel abhors firearms and modern-day weaponry. He sees it as a far step from honorable means of combat, and does not hide the opinion behind any level of silk or glamour.

Biography
Raziel's past is clouded in mystery, indeed. Where did he come from? How old is he? These are answers he appears reluctant in answering. Yes, Raziel is, as one can quite clearly tell, by far older than he appears. If only by a decade or a century, however, is difficult to tell. While unknown to most, there are those who know of the Order he served. The Obsidian Rose, a secretive order of quite old fashioned crime fighters, they maintained a strong presence in Brittian. Indeed, Raziel Lunaris is, in fact, the only Obsidian Knight to remain, and has traveled the world for many years to exact the justice once decided by the order her so zealously served.

These are, however, new times. The knight's exploits were not difficult to stop for the LHA, and his methods were far from what one might consider that of an anti-hero. Though he worked alongside the LHA as an extended hand for some time, Raziel eventually joined the orginsation as he saw it much like a modern development of what he once considered his home order.

Power Information
Healing Factor
Raziel possesses the power to automatically regenerate from any amount of damage, granted a set of restrictions. This regenerative process is almost instantaneous and regrows severed limbs if it comes to such. Quite a simple ability, however, one might note its capabilities. This power prevents Raziel from aging, entirely, by regenerating his cells in equilibrium with their natural passing. Additionally, he does not require nourishment in the form of food, or water.

Power - Weaknesses
The more Raziel heals, the more tired he gets, which leads to eventual fainting.

Cutting the nape of a Raziel's neck instantly kills him, severing the contact between his brain and spine.

Damaging a Raziel's brain will lead to memory loss after the regeneration process.

Cauterizing the stump of a severed limb before regeneration takes hold, will prevent that limb from growing back, until the cauterized flesh is removed.

Drowning a Raziel will kill him due to shutting off oxygen to the brain.

Asphyxiation can kill Raziel just as easily.

Poisons may hinder or slow his healing factor, depending on their potency, until he eventually heals the toxins.

Raziel requires sleep like any mortal, and will reach the point of fainting much easier if he is damaged and exhausted.

Notoriety
"He said that no one needed to die," came trembling voice, a pair of hands cuffed to the interrogation table, "he said that he wanted to challenge our leader, and if he won, we'd pack up our shit and leave." The words belonged to a criminal, a man by the name of Javier Hernandez. He was but one of many, a messy scene left behind, where he had called home. "We didn't listen," Javier continued. "We attacked him, and he draw some kind of black sword, it was fucked up..," the man's body tensed. "He moved like a fucking wind, cutting us down one at a time."

It was known as the 'Reaping Grounds' on the news, a warehouse in the docks district coated in blood, and drugs. A phone calling the police had been left on a table, leading them towards the area to find a massive drug trade halted and washed away with the blood of those who furthered it. It was a stable indeed, a dark side to justice brought forth by a merciless sword.
This particular case was, in fact, live streamed. Rain coated the battleground, dark skies offering a thunderous roar as two combatants were revealed in front of the lens. Firstly, a woman known throughout the criminal underworld as the Blood Blossom. Quite poetic, she was figure often feared within the ranks of Yakuza's finest. Each cherry blossom petal tattooed onto her skin was said to be for a duel won, in honorable combat. She aimed to add another, this night. Indeed, the same statement was heard from this young figure dressed in black. "Allow me a contest of might, with your foremost champion, and lives shan't be lost in vain." One might perhaps consider it a cultural statement when the Yakuza agreed.

Indeed, the Blood Blossom was felled that night, crippling the Yakuza's grip in that part of the city. It was live streamed to the underworld, a feed intercepted by the police. However, upon their arrival, Reaper was no longer present.
Though known as a warrior of assertive justice, Reaper was seldom one who sought to find himself in the spotlight. This was, however, what came to be when he rescued an abducted pop star. It was described as a fan taking it a tad too far, invading her home and spiriting her towards his very own torture chamber. Though typically a case left for others, Reaper apparently admitted that the abducted popstar had her music playing in his living room most days of the week. She claimed to have been quite flattered by this, upon her rescue, and promptly found herself on several newscasts concerning the event.

Economical Standing
Raziel Lunaris is quite rich. Actually, he is filthy rich. Raziel has a lot of money.

Cellular Duplication
The ability to replicate any inanimate object within a frame of limitations. This ability also allows for a passive adjustment to the user's frame which is described below. Each replica created by Casper is by all intents and purposes identical to the real object, meaning it's an exact copy. Following contact with his fingers, a replica will build itself into existence as if building blocks appearing on top of each other until the item is fully created. The process begins from where the item was touched and is nearly instantaneous. It is also worth noting that the replica will appear in the same hand Casper used to touch the item in question.

Details
Imprint
For an item to be replicated by Casper, he has to manage a process called Imprinting. Upon touching an object, Casper can connect with it, and then conjure forth replicas of the item, at will. Once Casper has Imprinted an item, he can manifest a replica of this item wherever he finds himself and no longer needs to have the original item in his possession to manage the feat. This is, of course, until he needs to Imprint with the item again.

Weight
The item cannot weigh more than two pounds.

Quantity
Casper can Imprint, and replicate, up to two items. He can replicate each Imprinted item once. As long as the item in question doesn't weigh over two pounds, Casper can replicate everything contained within a single unit.

Supernatural Items
While supernatural effects (such as Kryptonite) can be replicated along with the item, these effects cannot be magical in any way. Casper cannot replicate magic.

Substance
The only way for Casper to replicate something which isn't solid is if it's contained within something solid.

Biological Material
Casper cannot replicate anything which isn't inanimate. Biological material is beyond his ability.

Time
Each replica is permanent until Casper allows it to disappear or until another replaces it. Due to this, it is impossible to trace his replicas.

Usage
Unlike most abilities found in a super-human, Casper's powers are entirely reliant on external forces. His abilities cannot further his goals by themselves, as would be the case for a fire slinger or ice breather. Additionally, they can only aid him as far as the inanimate object he has imprinted is possibly capable of.

Agelessness
Casper' cells do not split, but rather they replicate. A cell deteriorates every time it splits which in turn causes aging. This appears entirely vacant in Casper' biological construction. Originally mistaken for cancer, it would later be revealed that this was, in fact, a meta-human ability. Of course, Casper has no control over this aspect of his powers.

Fragile
Casper is not a physical combatant by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, he would rather avoid melee altercations by any means necessary.

Arachniphobia
Shameful, indeed, but Casper is clinically fearful of spiders.

Resilience
Apart from having the physical defense of a normal human being, this is further downgraded by the fact that Casper isn't a powerhouse.

Size
Casper is quite small, and as such, suffers from every complication a short height of five feet and four inches would give him.

Appearance
Age is quite the conundrum when it comes to Casper. He is far older than he seems and will remain that way. Due to this, his youthful appearance has come in the way more often than he would care to count. An ID card is always at the ready.

There is little Casper can pride himself over as much as his ability with firearms. Hailing from a militaristic background, he was quickly introduced to family tradition.

Learning to use his lithe and nimble frame in ways which would benefit from a lack of mass and weight, Casper is quick on his feet and moves about with utmost grace.

Casper is a spoiled, rich kid. To be fair, he is no longer a kid, despite his appearance. However, after countless meetings and social conventions, Casper does not only wear a winning smile, but also has a silver tongue.

He is incredibly slender, to the point of scrawniness where one would clearly see those ribs if his shirt appears elsewhere than on his torso.

As a person who has been active throughout his life, the marks of experience make their way across his exposed frame in the form of smaller scars, and bruises. Casper, having spent a lot of time in the forest and similar locales, has since an age back been closely acquainted with pebble-covered ground, stones, and dirt roads. One should, of course, mention the myriad of trees he has climbed since an ever-younger body allowed.

Every person possesses a scent. Some people appear to blanket themselves in it strongly, enough so for other humans to notice, and others are incredibly subtle. Casper smells of forest leaves, and nature's touch more often, than not. It is considered rather harmonic, rather serene, and most of all, quite pleasant. Rather fitting, Casper has a pair of rather effeminate hands, his skin soft and gentle.

Finally, we'll finish with Casper's choice of attire. Yielding to a more luxurious lifestyle, Casper is most often seen in custom-made suits tightly licking his slender shape, commonly with a vest hugging his torso and his sleeves rolled up. Those fingerless leather gloves he dons are said to be little more than a fashion statement. Casper also enjoys wearing bracelets along his forearms, adding somewhat of an exotic touch. Of course, the obligatory tie is always present, hiding most of its shape beneath that vest.

Breaking the more established rules of clothing, Casper tends towards jeans or cargo pants along with his dress shirt, its sleeves rolled to the elbows with a vest on top. Of course, converse shoes find home on his feet. You'd never see Casper in the uncomfortable position of wearing dress shoes.

Bio
Born into the Evermore family.
A militaristic company, Kyle Evermore, Casper's father, founded Evermore Solutions.
Evermore Solutions is currently run by Casper himself, along with his sisters.
What is Evermore Solutions? A military consultant company. One could consider it a fancy word for 'mercenaries', but legally verified. Evermore Solutions rents out military assets to militaristic organizations, mainly within America.
Casper has lead a relatively normal life, albeit militarily inclined since childhood due to parents with a long lasting career in the army, before Kyle Evermore founded his own company.
Casper has two sisters, both who are in their late fifties, and both of whom own a share of Evermore Solutions.
It is no secret that Casper is a mutant, granted his inability to age.
Casper is filthy rich.
Throughout his life, Casper has attended many gatherings with high standing names. It did, however, quickly come out that he despises the taste of alcohol. This broke tradition, clearly.
Casper has always been addicted to soda.

Combat Data
Ammunition
Casper uses a specialized ammunition for his weaponry, dubbed 'Electro Bullets'. This is a non-lethal option which takes the shape of a stunning projectile. Upon contact, the projectile stuns whichever body part struck, rendering it paralyzed for a maximum of five hours. Impact near vital organs will cause fainting.

Firearms
Discarding the loud and quite frankly obnoxious option available on the market, Casper's guns are all custom made to be silent and efficient. Additionally, these guns cannot fire ordinary ammunition, but rather are restricted to the non-lethal option he has available to him.

Equipment
When donning the gear of Wraith, Casper uses technological gear similar to his peers, such as Batman. This includes a visor for optimal combat efficiency and light armor, allowing for mobility and protection of Casper's vitals.
