Hey there everyone! My name is Vatha, it's a pleasure to meet all of you. I am very new to roleplay, I was introduced to it recently actually and I've been looking for a means of pursuing it. I intend to take it seriously and I am also looking to broaden my skillset in writing, I have been interested in things similar such as D&D but have never participated. I have of course made a character before, hence my name, Vatha. I am particularly interested in Fantasy/High-Fantasy settings but I am willing to participate in other settings and themes. I absolutely adore magic, character development and world building, they're the essentials for me when I look for new book series to read and I would like to try emulating that in roleplay.

I really look forward to exploring this newfound interest of mine with some of you! I'll happily answer any questions that I can, so feel free to ask.

Welcome aboard, there's certainly lots of people who like to put a spice of dnd into their rps and fantasy is a glorious thing. Hope you find lots of adventures to have here.

HANDY SANCTUM GUIDE. After that you can peek at the request threads to start looking for a partner and story idea that catches your fancy or make one of your own to get the people coming to you.

Hey there i see i am late to the welcome party

I know forums can be a bit overwhelming so
Here's an intro to a simple way to negotiate your early days in the Madhouse.
There's a bit of everything here, from ttrpg- to open one x ones , to group, anything goes....well almost anything.

Read the rules . Essential, it won't take u long.
Make RT. ( Look at other ppls to get an idea of what catches the eye)
Read others RT I recommend going at least 3 pages in they rotate quite fast.


Have fun , if you need help just ask .If u Have ANY questions regarding forum etiquette , or just find yourself lost feel free to pop into chat. There's a bunch of super friendly regulars down there who will help if they can, or point you to someone who can if they can't.
