Hello.

I have been invited here by the Mikaela Corvid... and you have stumbled into my lair, my den, my space...

I am an avid reader and writer, and I find roleplaying to be a form of co-writing that really helps keep the creative juices flowing very well.

At 32 and a half, I am also quite picky about quality over quantity of roleplay. I don't think there's a need to do 3 paragraphs of writing when you're still in the same scene with your partner and I feel it sometimes may intimidate your partner into just outright not replying because they can't match the amount you have typed. So I'm not going to ask people to do a lot of typing for me, but I do ask that there is no 'text speak' and correct grammar as well as scene continuity can be attempted with my partners or else I'll just get really bored really quickly.

I am a Fantasy female at heart, but I have nothing against modern day RP settings as well, but futuristic or space sci-fi ones don't really give me much to work with.

I agree 100% with your sentiments about quality over quantity. Being able to write gigantic posts is cool and all, but being concise is a lot more comfortable to me. I don't need to be showered with paragraph upon paragraph in order to be entertained. I don't want to be spoonfed information, but rather... savor the experience, if that makes any sense. Though, I suppose we all get carried away. I know I am very guilty of that...

Seeing as another member, who has been here much longer that myself, brought you here, I guess it's needless to say 'welcome' but... welcome XD

Perhaps we may see each other around in the future.
