"The Travelers? Why they are the Genesis of everything we are today!"- Unknown
  • "The Travelers are in short a society of Demigods. They live for eternity. Immortal beings unable to die of natural cause...this does not mean they cannot die...they simply cease to stop aging anywhere between 20-40 years old. But of course can be killed by normal means, Blade, fist, poison. But of course due to their power....that will be extremely difficult.
Travelers are split into two castes. Warriors and Scholars. The Scholars are physically above average for most beings. But their strength lies in magic and smarts. They can memorize anything and everything they learn. Also they are able to understand and form of knowledge making them perfect teachers.
Warriors are something else. They protect Scholars and destroy races deemed to dangerous to exist. Each one can wipe a planet clean of life in a single strike, and much much more. "-Amoru, Elder of the Treant people

"The Travelers are capable of much more then what little we know. It is rumored their home exsists in another reality from ours. Legends tell of them appearing from rips in the world. Almost like portals. But much less elegant. A least for awhile...legend also tells of their downfall. While noone knows the real story. Rumors indicate they ran into something just and fierce and stubborn as them...demons of a whole 'nother world of evil. " - Nomu' Fisherman

"The man known as Nomad has a very dark history...but it does have a silver lining.
Nomad was a Traveler that was actually born below average to his people standards. When he began he training he could barely swing a sword, much less fight to his peers expectations. Speculation was due to his mutation...a tail of a monkey coming from his tailbone. Many Travelers had small quirks like this...but none as profound or developed.
Regardless. Around the ten thousandth year of his life. The incident followed. His people slaughtered while he was away on a form of "self study". He came back to find his family and friends dead. Including his wife and child. Worst of all he found his own brother atop a throne of bone and Gore. Smiling with all the guilt of a spider after a meal....he had betrayed his people and led the demons to his home in trade for more power....
Nomad escaped the nightmare and vowed to avenge everyone. Then began a 30,000 year journey. He spend 5000 years perfect every form of magic he could find. Spanning many dimensions until he could learn no more. He then focused on physical combat. Everything from hand to hand all the way to heavy weaponry from every age. He perfect everything he learned then travel dimensions testing his strength and power until he could find no equal...

    He then returned home.

At the end of the battle he was the one sitting atop a mountain of bodies. Missing an Arm. Silently brooding wondering what he could do now. His brothers lifeless eyes staring back as him as he pondered and pondered.... eventually he decided to clean up what was left of his home, then left. Promising to walk the Omniverse, and bring balance to the world's that needed it. Then punish those that would destroy it all. To some he is a hero...to others he is a monster...to us? He is a legend." - Excerpt from a old storybook

  • Combat Habits
In most cases. Nomad will put a reign on his overwhelming power and fight his opponent on par. Sticking to levels of strength that match theirs. While causing him to submit because of injury would be hard. It isn't impossible. In most cases he simple for it's the fight and admits his opponents Superiority.
But when it comes to beings that posses more power then they should. Or intend to only use it for selfish/evil reasons. He turns into an entirely different person. He will use his power to slowly break down the will of who he is fighting. Making sure they understand they NEVER stood a chance. He toys with the mind by acting like a disappointed teacher. Or simply taking on the persona of a Tyrant and stepping all over his enemies pride. Often this is a case by case basis. There have been very few to bring out the true warrior within him.

He can fight with any weapon or type of magic. But he does have preferred habits.

    First Stage: Unarmed
In this stage. Nomad is simply defending himself or trying to disable his opponent. Using precise strikes and or Master level martial arts to show whoever facing him may have bit off more then he can chew. His missing arm often makes his opponents think he will be and easy target.

    Second Stage:Katana and Magic
When pushed. Nomad will draw his first weapon of choice and begin deadly strikes. Often to do permanent damage his enemy (I.E taking a limb) and also employing any magics his enemy may be weak to. Such as undead and holy magics.

    Third Stage: Renzokukan
In this stage Nomad draws upon his Thousands of years of fighting experience. Employing a Magical blade with the power to not only do physical damage. But affect the soul of it's target as well. He often combines the sword and his signature walking stick into a scythe. Making the weapon and it's wielder far more intimidating.

    Penultimate Stage: Unchained
In this stage. All hope is lost. His objective is doomed along with the universe it rests in. The terms for drawing out this power are great. The universe he is in must be in cataclysmic danger. A threat that will destroy all life if not stopped.
When this happens Nomad enters a new form. His eyes become pure white and glow intensely. An aura (Often white or gold) covers his entire body. His body then unshackles and all limitations of living flesh are gone. His power goes beyond. This is the state that can erase planets with single strikes, and much much more. The drawback is. After he falls from this state. He must rest. His power greatly diminshes for about 17 hours. But fortunately he can counteract most effects after 2 hours and function alone.

    Final Stage: Unknown
Its Only every been released by his now dead Brother. None other have ever witnessed it.
