β†’ f-list (idk why the link isn't colored or anything). Please look at it. Sometimes people send me really long thought out ideas but they're based on a kink that I hate and I think we both come away feeling bad after that exchange is over.
β†’ WHAT I SEEK: I'm looking for a literate partner who can spell properly, understands grammar, and can give me enough to work with. Preferably someone who can write at least two paragraphs or more, because I think it's important to be able to put enough detail into the posts.
β†’ OTHER: Please know that I may not be able to post every day. I don't care about my writing partner's gender, but I'm only looking for people who write as male characters.

In everything I do, characters are at least 18

KEY
β–² means craving
β–  means like it, happy to do it
β–Ό means I'm not really actively looking, but if my partner brings a good plot/character I'll be interested.

other stuff I might be into but that my knowledge isn't as broad in:
β€’ Lord of the Rings
β€’ Vikings

  • I've played the third game and am caught up with the show. I do intend to get into the books eventually.
usually I list specific OCs for character but in this case I just sort of have an OC bank because the broad strokes of the character are flexible and I modify details to fit specifics.

    β–² Keira x Lambert
    β–² Keira x Lambert & Eskel
β–  Rosa var Attre x Lambert
β€£ I think the idea of her having more time to hassle a Witcher is very fun, and thusly have made pairings for it
β–  Rosa var Attre x Eskel
β–  Cerys an Craite x Geralt
    β–  Yennefer x Geralt
    β–² OC x Geralt
    β–² OC x Lambert
β€£ I love Geralt but I am thirsty for Lambert.
    β–  OC x Eskel
β–² truly any combination of the above
    β–² OC x Letho
β€£ I'm quite fond of the big bastard. My instinct is to go human for him but I do think my Wolf would suit well
    β–² OC x Regis
    β–  OC x Dettlaff
    β–² OC x Jaskier
β€£ Usually I lean towards versions of characters who are game-based as opposed to show-based but not here! I love Jaskier's energy. Would be absolutely enthused to pair him with either of my Witchers or with a stern and generally collected swordswoman (not listed below) who takes a shine to him because she likes his music and he makes her laugh.
    β–  OC x OC
β€£ Witchers accepted with the right personality, I am generally uninterested in sorcerers.
β–  have you ever considered how the monsters would fit a western setting really well? Plus Cowboy Witchers! This'd require at least one canon involved
    β–  Suggest

    some of the ladies:
β™‘ a young woman whose lack of knowledge of the world outside of her village is offset starkly with the vicious and efficient way in which she kills common monsters - both of the magical and human variety. She has a strong desire to explore and learn more both about the world around her and combat, but underneath that lays a much more private and less acknowledged desire to not always feel like she has to be the most dangerous person in the room. Comes with or without daddy issues
β™‘ a sorceress, if someone of her low level of spell mastery could be called that, perhaps a little mad from her untamed magic, with a keen mind and unique ways of applying the spells she does know. I have a few reasons why she hasn't been identified by an organization until that point, ranging from mostly harmless to a situation that's very concerning.
β™‘ a younger (like 18-20 year old) prostitute who was sent to the home of a Whoreson Junior-esque man. She ended up killing him and fleeing, and all the women she works with scraped together enough coin to try and pay someone to help her get out of the city since she's now in a whole lot of trouble with the man's crew. Is it enough money? No, almost certainly not. But the kindness of strangers can go a long way. [I think she would be wildly fun with Dettlaff or Regis for probably obvious reasons]
β™‘ An enigmatic sorceress who has little use for the politics and manipulations so often expected of someone of her talent. Instead her interests lay more with the study of the origins of magic and both the forgotten ways it has been used and new applications of it. This sounds very standard academic and the way she describes it makes it seem like a very dry affair, but the reality is significantly more adventurous - after all, ancient magical ruins are exactly where one would expect to find ancient magical monsters. I watched the Witcher show and the movie with Vesemir and things from both of those influenced how I'd like to play the application of practical combat magic for a sorceress who has become pretty used to getting her hands dirty.
β™‘ I know there are no female Witchers and I'm quite content with that, but if you'd like to run a story with a first-of-her-kind female Witcher, I'm enthusiastically up for that. I have an idea for someone who was female-born and an idea for a trans Witcher who had her body magically altered but retains her Witcher abilities. I would prefer School of the Cat for an afab Witcher since they experiment with the mutagens the most, and am open to which school for a transwoman Witcher, but have a preference for it to be the same school as the character she's against (if they're a Witcher) for the "but when I last saw you twenty years ago you were a man" "mmmm, well...." conversations. [current preferences: trans!Witcher is for canons only]
β™‘ I don't have a whole lot in terms of specifics but I've been bouncing around the idea of a monster to pair against a Witcher. Quite possibly a higher vampire who hires a Witcher to investigate her and then 'kill' her so that she can move out of a town in peace with the citizens assuming that she's dead so that they don't worry about it or put effort into hunting her and she can have an easier time settling down elsewhere. I like higher vampire because they don't need blood, but would be willing to compromise on a particularly old and talented bruxa who does okay surviving mostly on animal blood. It's important to me that she be a monster that can both make choices about her actions and that a Witcher would prefer not to fight (due to danger to himself, not wholly moral reasons)
  • I have not played the first, so I don't have a whole ton of context for anything taking place before DoS 2. I'll just be sort of winging it lol. I also feel like this could be crossed over with Dragon Age pretty easily if that's of interest! I immediately started playing the game again with the three characters I didn't adventure with the first time, so they'll be here in approximately... however long it takes me to get through about a hundred hours of gameplay. I have considerations about how to handle Source Magic vs Magic Magic in a roleplay sense, and would love to just dump all that on someone.

    β–  Lohse x Jahen
β€’ since he doesn't get a ton of time in the game we're going to have to agree on personality traits/behaviors together, to at least some degree. I'll more or less defer to knowledge that is presented from DOS 1, as long as it's within the realm of what I'm interested in for him.
    β–  Lohse x Ifan ben-Mezd
    β–² OC x Ifan ben-Mezd
β€’ his romance had me giggling and kickin' my feet.
β€’ Would love to pair Ifan with either a member of the Divine Order or a Lone Wolf - someone from his past whose job now puts her at odds with him but who can see his side and will change allegiance when she learns the truth. I am also up for her being a Sourcerer as well and just having done a significantly better job than him in hiding it.
β€’ See plot with Sourcerer below - I think Ifan would be fun with that with the fact he's also a Sourcerer. We can tweak his captured by Magisters backstory to include her as well or for a pre-story setup, or have this be after an escape where he's not so much on the path of divinity as much as revenge and his job.
    β€’ thoughts incoming
β€’ insert age gap pairing considerations here because he seems like the kind of guy who'd struggle with that but also gets so attached that he still goes for it. Meanwhile she's unbothered because there's way bigger things to consider

    β–  OC x Jahan
β€’ someone hosting a demon and a demon hunter is inevitably going to be a delightfully dramatic pairing
    β–  OC x Fane
    β€’ bone daddy
β€’ I quite liked the Source-shared story of dream/memory thing for physical relationship, and would probably also enjoy navigating the face changing magic

β–  OC godwoken x OC godwoken
β€’ I really enjoy what I'm casually dubbing the 'Katniss and Peeta' dynamic, where the people around her have plans for her to ascend and she's fighting it every step of the way because as far as she's concerned he's the only one worth it and she'll derail anything and everything people have tried to put in place in order to keep him safe.
β–² OC godwoken x OC paladin
β€’ his job is to protect her, there may or may not be some religious awe involved, and she is uncomfortable with that devotion. Even moreso when it seems angled towards her and not the god who she is sort of a host for and the goal she is a tool in the completion of.
β–² OC sourcerer x OC mercenary
β€’ thoughts incoming. I had initially envisioned this pairing with a Lone Wolf before they get the order to hunt Sourcerers, but any ol' mercenary will do.
  • Much like with the Witcher I've thrown together an OC bank at the bottom of this section, but there's also all sorts of character ideas just kind of scattered all over the place as I come up with OCs specific to a single canon

    β–² Karlach x Wyll
β€’ heavy breathing otp oTP OTP. Good with during canon or post-canon adventures in Hell
    β–  Karlach x Gale
β€’ I headcanon Gale as a surprisingly tall dude but Karlach is still be taller.
    β–  Karlach x Dammon
β€’ I've for sure got some interactions left to get through with those two.
    β–² Jaheira x Halsin
β€’ absolutely obsessed with Jaheira, tbh
    β–  Jaheira x Minsc
β€’ it's got good bones - I'm not sure if he's really too dumb for a relationship or if it's a combination of a simple mind and speaking in a language other than his native tongue
    β–  Jaheira x suggest
    β–  Minthara x Halsin
β€’ redemption arc redemption arc redem--
β€’ I don't actually know if I'm into this yet because the game doesn't seem like it intended for me to get both in my party, they fully ignore each other's existences. Maybe she's actually a completely irredeemable psycho and just doesn't read like that in a Good Guy Run), but she felt pretty redeemable (to a point anyway, she's still very Drow) while hanging around my camp and was also absolutely hilarious. Bummer her dialogue is so buggy.

    β–  Minthara x suggest
    β–² Hope x Astarion
    β–² OC/Tav x Gale
β€’ lose my mind a little every time he whispers "unleash me" in combat. Also very into the little magical hand gestures
β€’ I'm a hero at heart; I always want to do all the good I can and have characters be the best they can be. But there's something about Gale makes me interested in a story where his desperation for affection and external validation puts him straight down the path to getting manipulated. This probably isn't a full evil/Durge run; I don't know if anyone would end up at their Worst, but it's not a reflection and redemption story.
β€’ I've also been cycling around the idea of Gale meeting Mystra's next 'chosen' and having a much easier time seeing how messed up the dynamic is now that he's outside it and trying to dissuade her from the whole thing. She's got all his potential, if not more, and all the ego, but less of the lived experience and a whole different brand of recklessness. She's definitely not meant to be a Tav - I think she'd show up either around when Elminster does or at the end of act 2.
β€’ got a tweak on the monster hunter for Astarion that invokes a more... Dragon Age-y Templar type of skillset. Not as much overblown hate for mages, but a healthy dose of caution for people who can launch acid at your face.
β€’ I love 'em tall, dork and handsome and Gale, who might be the world's most perfect example of high int/low wis, fits that exactly.

    β–² OC/Tav x Astarion
β€’ I was so sure I was gonna be an exclusive Gale bitch 4 lyf but Astarion's romantic story development has been so good and I love him so much. I pretty exclusively play characters who can pick up on the initial attempted manipulation through sex, though whether they go along with it (until they realize that man is dissociating) or not kind of depends on who they are.
β€’ I have some character ideas I haven't finish writing up that are exclusive to him. One is from a noble family of magic and monster hunters and comes with an optional single-instance interaction with him back when he was fully under Cazador's control and she was a child
β€’ On the opposite side of the spectrum from Gale I very firmly stand by Astarion being the shortest of the male companions. The OC may or may not be taller than he is based on your personal preference.

    β–² OC x Zevlor
β€’ after Zevlor's assumed betrayal a tiefling [or human or half-elf depending on your preference] from his group begins a quest to hunt him down - she's not sure if it's for revenge or to make sure he's alright, but she feels like she has to and she'll figure out what she's doing when she gets there. She reaches out, desperately, towards [insert whatever god we decide he was or is a Paladin of] and receives a response. The relationship is perhaps a little bit more like that of a Warlock and Patron than God and Paladin since it's for an agreed upon purpose as opposed to a dedication to an oath, but now she's got a whole new set of skills and she's going to use them to find him. Operates under the world building idea that god-touched clerics/paladins able to wield divine powers granted by their Gods are of significant rarity amongst their otherwise more standardly magical ranks. I watched this man solo tank two mindflayers in as many turns, saw how sad he was, and immediately fell in love
    β–² OC x Rolan
β€’ absolute sucker for nontieflings x tieflings because it makes all the stuff tieflings have goin' more of a thing, but happy to play tieflings too.
β€’ loved the little character arc he went on, 10/10 I support him even if in act 1 and part of 2 I wanted to get to smack him
β€’ I think he'd be fun with a shopkeep in act 3 - I was imagining that she'd work on the floor of Sorcerous Sundries but isn't an apprentice, but she could also be someone who works a stall outside.
β€’ I've started putting together something to start in act 2 - maybe a young Harper who understands his concerns and is a little reckless (or understands there's no arguing with him , maybe another tiefling who is willing to head out with him to try and find the people they've lost

    β–  OC x Halsin
β€’ The OC bank is not currently available to him I'll play my druid from the OC bank, or the following character:
β€’ while exploring the shadow-cursed area (either alone or with the group) Halsin comes across a shadow-touched woman. Addled, paranoid, and possibly forever tainted, but perhaps not so far gone that she's beyond help. Halsin is pretty sure he can, and also that it's his responsibility. [can be played as human, half elf, or elf]

    β–  OC x Dammon
β–  beginnings of an idea for something with two Harpers starting in Act 2
β–  warlock x patron (or other warlock of the same patron who the patron sometimes possesses)

β€’ I'm not entirely sure how we manage something with enough interaction in it since patrons aren't necessarily hanging around all the time. What I immediately think of is that it's two warlocks and then sometimes the patron butts in through possession to get involved with things or just essentially be horny on the side account) and then sometimes pops up himself to get involved (or to be horny on main).
    β–  druid x tiefling
    β–  exasperated childhood friend x Tav[/B]
β€’ as long as I like your Tav, anyway - strong preference for characters who don't have any Super Special Main Character energy. I think the addition of one person who is not only completely tadpole-free but also tagging along exclusively because she's concerned about her friend provides a lot of room for comedy in that now the team has a straight man for all their chaotic bullshit. Halsin doesn't count, he's on his bullshit too.
    β–  members of Mayrina's hag-hunting squad
    β–² you like threesomes/poly relationships?
β€’ I've got a whole host of threesome and/or poly ideas and usually at least minimal justification backing it up: Karlach x Wyll & Dammon. OC/Tav x Astarion & Gale, OC/Tav x Astarion & Halsin, OC/Tav x Halsin & Zevlor, OC x Zevlor & Rolan... I'm sure there's more.
    β–  suggest
β€’ No Raphael, no Gortash. I would 100% be a Ketheric Thorm bitch but alas his whole deal is his wife

β™‘ a knight from a previously noble family, turned mercenary due to the fact her house fell when she was much younger. While she does not hold any particular resentment towards those who stripped her family of their titles (they were right to do so) she DOES resent the family members who brought that upon them and hopes that someday she'll be able to bring honor back to the name. A task easier said than done, especially now. Comes with optional single-instance interaction history with Wyll. [can be played as human or half elf]
β™‘ A fiery tempered sorceress whose previously ironclad control over her innate and often reactive magic has been weakened significantly by he introduction of the tadpole. Now she finds herself wrapped up in more adventure than she'd like in an entire lifetime and with control over her own abilities reduced to a level she's not had to suffer since childhood. [can be played as human, halfling, half elf, or maaaybe tiefling]
β™‘ A sly, occasionally manipulative, often self-serving mercenary - maybe Zhentarim, maybe another organization of near equal renown and lack of morality because I'd enjoy being able to craft my own guild - whose job was unable to be completed due to, y'know, illithid abduction. That isn't going to be an acceptable reason for failure, however, and she knows it's only a matter of time before the consequences of that failure catch up to her. While she does tend to be rather 'me first' about things she is still reasonably willing to get involved (likely with complaint or through deals) with things her companions find important and of value. She has her own set of morals and codes as well, they're just... offset from what one would expect from a hero. [can be played as human, half-elf, or changeling]
β™‘ a sharp-eyed, hardheaded little thief who is feeling terribly out of her depth. She's quick, adaptive, and pretty flexible and starts to find her stride quickly, but is definitely not from the same kind of more... elite background as many of the others. Maybe that's why she adjusts to their new reality more easily. [human, half elf, changeling, or tiefling]
β™‘ I'm still working on it, but just an absolutely fucking feral druid. She's probably not a Tav - I imagine this gal more suited to being found in the Underdark or the Shadow-Cursed Land. Big 'get the fuck off my lawn or I'll grow mushrooms out of your eyeballs' energy.
β™‘ Cleric coming soon. But the "mmmm I'm not really that kind of cleric" type.
  • These are pairings specific to the events of DA:O, or that start there/focus on relationships from this time. Characters may appear in other sections as well because it's era-based

    β–² Morrigan x Alistair
    β–Ό Leliana x Zevran Arainai
    β–Ό Leliana x Alistair
    β–  Sigrun x Nathaniel Howe
    β–  Sigrun x Anders
    β–  OC x Zevran Arainai

β€’ I think it might be fun to pair him with a really innocent Dalish elf Warden, for the contrast? He seems to have some fondness for the idea of the Dalish. I'd like somebody who is constantly blushing and a little flustered by his flirting even while she tries to handle the ever increasing issues that she's being forced to deal with.
β€’ Zevran and another Crow who is on the run as well. She's serious and reserved and he thinks she needs to loosen up and have a little bit more fun.

    β–² OC x Alistair
β€’ with the OC being the Warden, I have a fondness for a city elf rogue who has a lot of lot of distrust and wariness when it comes to humans but finds Alistair to be frustratingly charming.
β€’ paired with a mage from the Circle of Fereldan, after the Warden and crew save the mages who were trapped inside the Circle. She's shy, jumpy, and mostly attached to Wynne. Alistair might not know a whole lot about how to comfort mages who've seen their friends and companions turn to murderous with demon summoning and blood magic, but he knows a lot of good ways to distract someone after a nightmare and he doesn't give up easily
β€’ Post-DA:O where he goes back to the Wardens - the Warden sacrificed herself (and was his romance), and now he's part of the rebuilding effort. But he's miserable and trying to hide it just like he always does - until she arrives, either recruited by another or looking to join up.
β€’ King!Alistair paired with a mysterious and slightly shifty friend of Zevran's sent over to help protect him because there have been threats on his life.

    β–² OC x Anders
β€’ Based on this comic. starting with Awakening. Alternately, run it post-DA2 with a non-mage Warden - after splitting up from Hawke's group, Anders ends up on the run. He's struggling with the things he's done and the way that Justice/Vengeance is merging with (or taking over) him, trying to figure out what to do next with this revolution that's starting. He thinks he's shaken everyone off his trail, but he wasn't accounting for the Warden Commander/Hero of Ferelden or the request she had of him. Hurt/comfort, lots of focus on Anders's mental state, also probably lots of ass-kicking.
β€’ I would love to play a gal who just constantly needs Anders to heal her. If she's not getting injured fighting Darkspawn or bandits, she's showing up in the keep with a black eye, a split lip, and a broken nose because she got in a fist fight at the tavern. Lots of flirting and action and also some time to explore why she keeps putting herself in those sorts of situations.
β€’ He didn't mean to rescue a mage from Darkspawn. Well, he did mean to make a daring rescue, but he didn't mean for it to end in an awkward, half-trained apostate mage wanting to tag along after him and getting all attached. Anders isn't ready for or interested in this much responsibility, why is the Warden Commander considering letting her stay??
β€’ would enjoy using a Templar trainee who ends up with the Wardens instead. I have a whole backstory for her to why she didn't end up becoming a Templar after all, which should help with keeping this pairing from being completely impossible lmao

    β–² OC x Nathaniel Howe
β€’ Pair him with the Warden (I prefer non-mage) and explore him adjusting to the fact that he was wrong about her and changing his opinion about her. Also maybe some competitive archery.
β€’ A young woman joins the Wardens and turns to Nathaniel as the one for comfort and knowledge about the things she's dealing with now. He's never had someone look up to him in quite this way and doesn't completely know how to handle it while he's also trying to work out what kind of person he is and how his family history should or shouldn't reflect on him as he comes to understand why his father was killed.
β€’ Pair him with a noblewoman whose family disagrees heavily with her interest in him, not because of the things his father did but because his father lost so much social standing and it would be bad for them.

β–² Recently Joined Mage Warden x Ex-Templar Warden
β€’ Awakening era pairing! Age gap of 10-15 years please.
β–  Apostate Mage x Warden Commander/Hero of Ferelden
    β€’ I'll play either role
β–  Suggest! I desperately need some canon ideas.
  • canon and things with OCs that are set within Kirkwall or involve themes more dedicated to DA2. I'm willing to set stuff involving a canon during Inquisition times or just post-DA2.

    β–  Merrill x Anders
β€’ slow build, obviously, as Anders would probably need to deal with the negative emotions that arise from developing feelings for a blood mage.
    β–  Merrill x Carver Hawke
    β–  Merrill x Varric Tethras
    β–  Merrill x Garrett Hawke

β€’ Diplomatic Hawke only, not looking for a snarkfest here. Must be mage supporting but not a mage himself.
    β–² Marian Hawke x Anders
β€’ Non-mage!Hawke will be used unless you specifically request otherwise. I differentiate her only from OC to denote that she'll have the backstory and specific narrative connections
    β–  Marian Hawke x Fenris
β–² Marian Hawke x Varric Tethras
β–² Marian Hawke x Sebastian Vael
    β–  Marian Hawke x OC
    β–  Bethany Hawke x Anders
β–² Bethany Hawke x Sebastian Vael
    β–² OC x Varric Tethras

β€’ VARRIC IS THE ROMANCE OPTION I WANTED AND WAS CRUELLY DENIED. Against a dwarf, half dwarf, or real tiny (but taller than him) elf or human.
β€’ I've got a near-illiterate street urchin/thief with a lot of potential who gets herself into trouble pretty often and could use someone to give her a hand and also perhaps pay her for some crime.
β€’ or a young human noblewoman with a taste for adventure. DA2 prequel, leading into the Deep Roads adventure and the introduction of Hawke?

    β–  OC x Sebastian Vael
β€’ let's tempt that boy into sin. Looking for that moment when all his self control snaps and he takes charge of the situation... and then the negative feelings afterwards. I'm cool with a subby Sebby too, but one who starts out a little more desperate and passionate seems more fun. I've got a few different gals for him but it might be fun to play as a mage. Otherwise I'm leaning towards a scrappy little rogue type. Definitely a gal working out complex religious feelings who will find Sebastian soothing
    β–² OC x Anders
β€’ Fenris brings her, reluctantly, after regular attempts to handle her wound fail. Cause by a blood magic enchanted weapon, it's not something that can be easily solved, even with Anders' vast skill and immediate knowledge. So now the Tevinter-born, Elven ex-slave has to spend her time with a mage who she starts out terrified of.
β€’ She's a healer who's from an incredibly religious family that had turned out a decent number of Templars. They believe that magic was given to man as punishment, and using it is akin to giving in to addiction and will ALWAYS lead to darkness. She heals because if she's going to be too weak to keep herself from doing this, at least she can be helpful, it's the only magic she knows. Against Anders, her religious repression and self hatred can be turned outward towards religion, Templars, and the system as a whole, and she can join him as he slides into increasingly divisive and violent tactics.
β€’ also have a smuggler/friend of Isabela's who needs a place to lay low for a more flirty, confident romance option for him.
β€’ see notes from DA:O since this is a kickoff time period for reconnection with an HoF friend

    β–² OC x Fenris
β€’ I have an honest and dedicated guard who joins the group because of Aveline, who occasionally takes the law into her own hands after hours and would be fuckin' thrilled to help hunt slavers either in or outside of the Kirkwall
β€’ A brave, stubborn, and frustratingly curious noblewoman who inserts herself into his life after accidentally coming across him in his mansion. She has all the naivety afforded to someone of her status, but is open enough to new information to change her opinions.
    β€’ thoughts incoming

    β–² OC x Carver Hawke
β€’ When Garrett and Carver join the mercenary group, they're stepping into an already established group. One fast talking, quick fingered little rogue takes an interest, and decides she wants to get to know him. Give big buff Carver a cute little girlfriend, and a thing he can call his own!
β€’ also interested in Warden!Carver connecting with either a more experienced or even newer Warden

β–  Apostate Mage x Circle Mage
    β€’ I'll play either role.
    β–  Apostate Mage x Templar
    β–  suggest
  • Canon and OC things set more within the time or theme of the Inquisition. Haven't played DLC yet but I know what happens in it. I am fucking chomping at the bit to play an Inquisitor who was a Tranquil mage who was reintroduced to the Fade by the rift that's now in her hand, who doesn't know if she'll become Tranquil again once this issue is solved. Would murder to play her against Cullen, but also any kind of other OC. I'll also play against an ex-Tranquil Inquisitor!

β–  Josephine Montilyet x Cullen Rutherford
    β–  Josephine Montilyet x Blackwall
β–  Josephine Montilyet x Iron Bull

    β–² Merrill x Cole
β€’ Varric introduces his weird 'kids' to each other and it turns out they get along! Post-Inquisition? During the Inquisition? Whatever you think works best
β–  Cassandra Pentaghast x Cullen Rutherford
β–  Aveline Vallen x Cullen Rutherford

β€’ I just really love the idea of Aveline working with the Inquisition? Between her and Cullen there'd be not a guardsman or Templar who would dare step out of line lest they get thrown right off the battlements.
    β–² Bethany Hawke x Blackwall
β€’ post Inquisition - Blackwall is turned over to the Gray Wardens, and Bethany one of the Wardens who oversees his Joining and helps introduce him to the Deep Roads
β–² Lace Harding x Varric Tethras
    β–  Dagna x Varric Tethras
    β–  Dagna x OC
    β–² OC x Cole

β€’ I'm not here for a physically perfect Cole - part of his charm is that he's maybe a little bit wonky looking! Makes him cute. Limbs a little too long, eyes a little too big, etc. I want to play with the fact that he pick up feelings and thoughts and how he'd know she's attracted to him even when she hasn't said it.
β€’ I'd like to pair him with an apostate mage healer (or just a medic if you don't want to be against a mage) who's part of the Inquisition and seeks him out because she thinks he can help her patient. Not because she knows who he is, no - she's heard enough bits and pieces from different people to realize there's a puzzle here and she's put some pieces together. It's a good thing he knows when someone needs to find him.
β€’ Alternately, a Templar/Templar trainee - she's not always sure of her place but she's passionate and perhaps a little bit too protective and willing to jump in to take care of people. There are things she regrets and is trying to make up for, but she's not entirely sure where to start. I think it'd be interesting if he influenced her into leaving the Order while they were all holed up before shit got Red Lyrium bad and she doesn't realize he was involved in that until they meet in the Inquisition and something about him seems faintly familiar.
β€’ a plot where he, as he becomes more human, develops feelings for a women he'd been previously helping with his spirit powers. He knows all about her, but has always made sure she remembers nothing of him - now he has to figure out how humans try and connect, and get to know her in a way that she'll remember.

    β–² OC x Cullen Rutherford
β€’ When he's flustered or realizes he's gonna get unprofessional he pauses and clears his throat and that does things to me.
β€’ idea with a new recruit who has a particularly surprising amount of potential
β€’ beginnings of an idea with an anxious Inquisitor who's just trying to make her place in the world. And stop a crazy immortal dude from becoming a god.
β€’ I've got a rather radical apostate who has been trying to settle into the Inquisition with her group. She's very emotionally walled off and has a lot of Templar related anger and trauma but I really love the idea of the two of them managing to find a middle ground and him helping her overcome the things weighing her down while she eases his suffering as he tries to get off of Lyrium.
β€’ Got an initially squishy, gentle little mage who specializes in healing who's jumpy and afraid of templars. She could make for an interesting Inquisitor dynamic, but that's not necessary.

β–² OC x Varric Tethras but this time it's Inquisition based stuff
β€’ against a spirit who took a page out of Cole's book. Inspiration, maybe? Or Courage.
β€’ put him with a super tiny human or elf Inquisitor - while she deals with the increasing weight of the expectations of others and begins to rely more heavily on him and his cool and rational opinions, he struggles with questions of religion, of letting go of old romance, and of whether he can put himself in the spotlight of the story.

    β–  OC x Iron Bull
β€’ I got this slender little elf I want him to protect and tie up. Some amount of bondage required, since that's what he's into. She could be Inquisitor, or not! I'm currently thinking a healer, but I'm open to suggestions.
β€’ I really like the idea that even though he's definitely the dom, he still calls the Inquisitor 'boss'

    β–  Spirit x suggest!
β–  Wynne/Anders-esque Abomination x ??? (maybe Templar? Or another mage! Or whatever)
    β–  Suggest!
  • My plan is to AU anything that's disliked, make adjustments to character personalities as needed for consistency, whatever we want. This is a no incest establishment, no exceptions. Also kinda interested in a bigger AU that makes monsters a thing, but am totally cool with not involving that
I've finished the show and am open to using pretty much anywhere in it (and before or after it for OC and one or two pairings), but haven't yet read the books. Some pairings have specific start points, others are more flexible. Talk me into trying House of the Dragons again if you can.

I am particularly interested in anything where I can play against Jaime, Sandor, or Jon, or where I can play as Sansa or Brienne

β–² Brienne of Tarth x Jaime Lannister
β€’ The OTP. My favorite thing.
β–  Brienne of Tarth x Sandor Clegane
β–  Brienne of Tarth x Tormund Giantsbane
    β–² Arya Stark x Gendry
β€’ late season reunion stories only, please
β–² Sansa Stark x Theon Greyjoy
β€’ Theon having his dick still is my second favorite AU after Bear Island using bears in war
β–² Sansa Stark x Sandor Clegane
β€’ post-show AU? I think it'd make for an interesting dynamic if she had him as a knight. I would like to keep more of Sansa's warmth and compassion to be combined with shrewd intelligence.
β–  Daenerys Targaryen x Jorah Mormont
β€’ Dany suffers from I've casually dubbed 'Jean Grey Syndrome' - she's got flaws and they're visible to the audience but there's a distinct issue of those flaws being put on full display at about the same time that characters around her are praising her for being fantastic. So I feel that needs some tweaks, I would like both for her to do a more efficient job of being who the characters say she is and for her flaws to be critiqued appropriately
β–  Daenerys Targaryen x Daario Naharis
β–  Daenerys Targaryen x Jorah Mormont & Daario Naharis
    β–² OC x Jon Snow
β€’ sitting on a couple of plotlings that aren't full plots - a few developing OCs, a vibe or two, a thing I saw him do that shouldn't have been hot but was and I'd like to put him back in that position like when he about beat Ramsay to death with his bare hands, etc.
β€’ I loved the stern attitude of the lady leading House Mormont, and would be absolutely thrilled to play an of-age leader who shares those traits significantly. I think the Red Wedding was three-ish years prior to the battle for Winterfell, so if she's 18 or 19 now she would have been 15 or 16 when she had to take over the remains of her house. Behind the necessary wall of self control and restraining her emotions for the sake of her duties she's quick witted and playful, but she's exceptionally talented at turning that off for the sake of what she feels must be done. I've got a lot of ideas about political proposals and also I think House Mormont should have war bears, please sit down for my TEDtalk.
β€’ alternately, a stern and quiet Mormont advisor who is perhaps part of where the young lady got her attitude from. Much of the same character, with a different kind of protectiveness and sense of duty.
β€’ I've got a whole pre-GoT thing involving a woman who was going to be traded to a brothel who kicks up enough of a fuss that it draws the attention of the honorable Jon Snow. He finds himself making promises to help without thinking them through, and then feels he cannot go back on them though he knows she wouldn't fault him for it.
β€’ a love interest from before the start of the story reunited with him after his death and resurrection. His relationship with Ygritte is important to his character development so I don't want to erase any of it, I think it'd be better to have him and the OC to have been love interests more than anything else, only able to sort out whatever feelings are remaining and build up a relationship proper now. I've got a couple of natural-feeling starting points within the timeline.
β€’ a young woman who sneaks into the Night's Watch pretending to be a man? It gets revealed while beyond the Wall, and not much to be done about it at that point. Casual Mulan vibes probably lol
β€’ would also absolutely love to play an incredibly confident, chaotic mercenary who mostly does things she enjoys and is evened out by Jon's more somber dedication to doing the right thing.

    β–  OC x Tyrion Lannister
    β–² OC x Jaime Lannister
β€’ after returning to Kings Landing, Jaime finds himself needing additional assistance in many aspects of his life as he adjusts to being one-handed. A maid is assigned to him to help with all the day-to-day tasks he hasn't quite managed yet and though he is initially very resistant to her position in his life, the longer she's around the more natural it seems to always have her by his side.
β€’ calling her a political prisoner would be acknowledging things that nobody is willing to say out loud, and her family isn't willing to do that. The young noblewoman from a small House is nonetheless trapped at King's Landing - she may be able to roam the castle with general freedom and even occasionally step into town, but everyone knows that it is simply a long leash. Polite, generally well mannered, and highly educated, she finds a particular enjoyment in making herself absolutely the biggest pain in the ass that she possibly could be.

a mercenary and "friend" of Bronn's, though the way they act it's hard for anyone who doesn't know the two of them to think they might be even remotely friendly. While slightly politer and more willing to do things for moral or loyalty reasons, she is still someone who doesn't see much point in honor or tradition.
β€’ after arriving at Winterfell, Jaime finds himself the object of interest to a Wildling woman. Though significantly less forward than Tormund she is equally as persistent, eternally curious, and both skilled at tracking him down and seemingly uninterested in letting him be alone with his own thoughts for too long. In contrast to Jaime's thoughtful control she is wild, reckless, and always able to find something to enjoy in a fight.
β€’ arranged marriage arranged marriage arranged marriage

    β–² OC x Theon Greyjoy
β€’ got ideas for all up and down the timeline for this guy.
    β–  OC x Podrick Payne
β€’ He's incredibly cute, I'd love to pair him with a woman who knows how to use a sword and then the two of them are just essentially Brienne's #1 fanclub
    β–² OC x Jorah Mormont
β€’ Jorah is wildly obsessed with Daenerys and I figure that's probably something to use to advantage. My immediate thought is that he finds someone who reminds him of her just enough to sort of transfer a bunch of those feelings onto and it's wildly unhealthy but neither of them is going to put any thought into that, but I'm also up for a proper transference of his pretty intense loyalty and love. I have a preference for after his third exile, as he's trying to find a way to cure his greyscale. Having to keep an increasingly large amount of his arm covered is delightfully tragic, or she could also be immune due to childhood exposure, whichever. I think a pairing with him truly only works if he's away from Dany.
β€’ Also up for letting him move away from his absolute obsession with a new love interest - I would like to maintain a decent age gap because I feel like Jorah has a little bit of a need to be savior. Maybe a slave, or possible we AU his death and it's someone he meets during the preparation for or straight up during the battle for Winterfell? Lots of civilians had to learn the basics and armor up.
β€’ on that last thought, someone he knew on Bear Island before he was exiled. She was probably young at the time, but she remembers what he was like and gets to compare and contrast that to who he is now.

    β–  OC x Gendry
β€’ he's very strong and I like that.
    β€’ King!Gendry AU?

    β–² OC x Sandor Clegane
β€’ I think he works really well with noblewomen who have the more dignified quiet strength, or the opposite where they've got a real smart mouth, and I love a big strong rough-around-the-edges (or all rough edges) man and a softer smaller woman. I've got a couple ways this could go down, including one in which a he and a young woman are instructed to wed though neither is interested, or a woman he rescues at some point after leaving King's Landing finding himself (once again) stuck with protective duty he acts like he doesn't want, or someone he meets before the Great Battle
β€’ He would also be spectacular to pair against a knight serving Sansa Stark after the end in an AU where he doesn't die. Lots of conflict, and she's probably pretty upset to find out that The Hound is given the same fucking status as her.

β–  OC from a lesser house x OC from a great house
β€’ I feel like my ultimate options here would be Mormont x Lannister (why? Idk, we'll have to justify it lol) or maybe Hightower x Stark
