＆〈 ♚ 〉STORY:: Laszlo's beginnings, contrary to popular belief, are set on the ground instead of the sky that he so dearly loves. The life of a slum rat isn't easy, not even close, and this isn't a sob story. This is just life. His parents passed away from the plague that affected the eastern-bloc of Vibjerg, a country that no longer exists as a sovereign nation since it was absorbed by the militaristic Krieg nation after Vigjerg lost the war. What he did to survive is often clouded in a dense fog, as Laszlo barely mentions those days, but what matters is that he did survive.

At age 16, after being caught by the guards, he was given a choice - join the army or go to a labour camp. He took the first choice and proceeded to enlist in the airborne division of the Grey Bird Legion. It was there that Laszlo learned the ropes of what it took to command and lead a crew, but also how to thrive by himself in a world that isn't kind to anyone. Comments about his excellent attributes, especially when it came to physical combat, reached the top and he was given the opportunity to command his own ship. Krieg was involved in two other conflicts, one with the nation of Mordan and another with New Hamp. He soon went to front lines of the former, the latter was already close to the end so he figured there wouldn't be any spoils to get.

What happened in the war is clouded in mystery, both due to his once again reluctance to speak about it and the very fact that the nation of Krieg has worked fanatically to erase the black dot in its history of what they did to Mordan. Such traumatic event had consequences, brutal consequences. Few know what made him snap but one day, Laszlo just went off on a mid-sized Mordan village. The exact casualties are unknown but are presumed to be around 1000 to 2000 dead. It was there that his pirating career began; it also nearly ended there since he was almost seized, managing to escape by a string of hair.
