For all the planning that goes into them, some roleplays just do not last. This is the forum to give those dead stories a new chance at life.
Here, instead of posting new story ideas, you can post stories that have already been started but have died or become inactive. A roleplay thread can be considered inactive when:
1. One partner explicitly states they have lost interest
2. One partner who has been online fails to respond to two interest verifications (PMs that ask if they are still interested) sent at least 48 hours apart
3. One partner has not been online for 1 month without an announced hiatus
These requirements are all bypassed in cases where a partner has not replied to a thread you started.
What a post should include:
1. A direct link to an inactive thread, as well as as much OOC information about the story as you feel is relevant. All links must be to roleplays on this website.
2. A statement of how you want the story continued (taking over as is, introducing a new character or taking over an existing character with changes)
3. If your goal is not to continue a thread but to start it over, you can include your intro post instead of a link
4. Please state up front if your thread is open (anyone wishing to take over can simply jump in) or if you want people to apply for it via PMs
Caveats:
1. If your partner makes it clear they do not want their work used, you can restart the thread, but cannot continue it.
2. If both former partners want to use a thread, they can either reach an accommodation or both restart
3. Announced hiatuses place a freeze on all conditions. You can restart the thread, but cannot have it taken over
