Okay, so I don't know where it came from but I think it was from a song. Point is, I have an idea. I want to be the female in. She would be a criminal that is one of the best in the world. Only because she is has never been on trail for her crimes. The detective on her case is loyal, strong, determined and all that great stuff we want a cop to be. He even has a girlfriend, but my criminal doesn't care, they pretty much do this dance of flirting and chasing. My criminal is chasing for his love and he is between finding the chase attractive and wanting to catch her to be done with her. Throughout the rp, he might catch her, but rarely does he get to put her in a cell. She seduces him, toys with him and taunts him every chance she gets and that's what I got.
