Hello, I'm Deerie.
Started off in forums in 2007. (if anyone remembers wetpaint rps we might have brushed elbows)
Moved to PM IM 1x1s around 2014. Slowly coming back around to the idea of joining a forum again.
I'm not terribly outgoing, but I do like a bit of OOC from time to time.
Recently started getting back into anime and video games, so we'll see how that impacts my writing.
I enjoy lifting weights and hiking/skiing when I'm not online. RPing is about the only thing I do online, nowadays.
I prefer either platonic relationships or queer ones between OCs. Slice of life and romance usually doesn't have
enough plot for me to stick with, so I tend to stick to fantasy, horror, and thriller-type plots. I'm admittedly
shit at sci-fi, although I like to read/watch it.
Right now my active 1x1s are about:
A knight who goes to rescue his prince, except the prince is doing quite well on his own.
Two witches, friends since childhood, keep corresponding letters to keep in touch during a witch hunt.
A wino sellsword captures the wrong narcissistic demon for ransom and they have to band together to fight off the eldritch horrors.
A werewolf with a pension for collecting strays finds a brand new vampire, and possibly his undoing.
