Astolfo is a chill, adventure-loving young pirate. He puts himself above all else, mostly caring about his own desires, which may at times make him come of as cruel, ruthless or dishonest, though it's rarely his real intention.
He do whatever he want no matter what others tell him. He's unlikely to change his mind, although he may be willing to make deals with others, as long as he agrees and it feels like a good deal. But due to him being suspicious and not trusting people easily, it's likely he won't keep any of his promises.
He's actually not as greedy though, instead he's pretty flexible. Astolfo hates the idea of wealthy people owning more than the poor, especially if they are greedy and doesn't want to share a single thing. He has no problem at all stealing from the rich, but stealing from poor people with almost nothing is a no go for him. He'd rather give a fair share to the lower class people than to rob them empty. Though, he keeps, at least, most of what he gets his hands on for himself.
Astolfo loves telling exciting tales from time to time. However he's not one to trust at each word he speaks. He's good at lying and confuse others. He can either be sly as a fox, or at times act pretty friendly. He's good at coming across new acquaintances but, rarely make good friends, he has especially a hard time keeping a lasting friend. Most of the time he'll at least greet the people he meet on his adventures.
Also don't ask him about his eye, you'll likely never get the real answer!

Every since the day he almost drowned, he developed a strong phobia of the sea, oceans, and everything in between. And like a cat, dislikes getting wet. He was young, the memories all blurry, but Astolfo can still recall the exact feeling, thus he avoided most water contact every since. Luckily on the other side of things, he grew up in a caring family at the seaside of Khare. They weren't rich but neither were they poor, they were just a little bit below average. He used to be amazing by all the amazing stories of his parents being talented adventurers.
When Astolfo got old enough to live on his own, he moved away farther from the seaside and more to the center of Khare. He would have sworn never wanting to see the view of the sea ever again.
He'd always think the world was unfair, assuming many people were corrupt or controlled by greed, thus he became a thief from a young age. He would always steal from the richest he knew, just to make things a little bit more 'fair'.
