Hey there! I'm Chromeance, or Chrome for short.
A little bit about me! I'm 26, going on 27. Born in America, currently living on the west coast, PST timezone.
I'm a crazy cat lady. No, seriously. I have 6 cats. And 2 dogs, they're also pretty cool. My camera roll is just cats and dogs.
I enjoy writing (obviously), reading, gaming, sewing, cross-stitch, and gardening.

I've been roleplaying since early middle school but took a huge break from highschool until now. Looking to get back into it since I really enjoy it and miss writing. Some of my favorite genres tend to fall along the lines of slice-of-life, angst, drama, and the occasional delve into fantasy or sci-fi.

Some little details about my roleplaying preferences! I'm not normally one to write out a complete plot when roleplaying, rather letting the story develop as I go! I generally try to write at least 2 paragraphs in length or else I feel like I haven't contributed enough, although if I'm really invested I can write much much more than 2 paragraphs. Reply frequency varies depending on both my mood and schedule. My life can be a bit chaotic at times and I'm terrible at managing said chaos so sometimes replies will be sparse, while other times they will be plentiful. I will of course try and let you know if I need to take a break or drop a roleplay for any reason!
I prefer to stick to 3rd person, usually past tense. MxM and FxF are my preferable pairings but honestly, MxF is fine as well, I have experience roleplaying any and all genders.


In character I'm normally pretty good with grammar, though I do make mistakes like everyone.
but if we're talking back n forth a lot im not gonna use more than i have to for the sake of speed and just being casual is all B)

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
