Just kidding. Welcome to my Character Sheet thread! This is currently a Work in Progress as I navigate the technicalities of forum CSS styling. I will be starting with 1-2 characters. I may add more as time progresses. I have a family of characters who have a shared lore.

Longbow (enchanted with fire)
When fired on the same turn as an aim, the arrow is normal and deals piercing damage.
When fired on a different turn from the aim, the arrowhead is "charged" and will explode into 5 small chaotic fireballs mid-air. They must be dodged (e.g., bullet hell). They deal fire damage.
Arrow speed: 100 MPH (fireballs travel at 50 MPH)
Maximum distance: 500 feet (100 feet for fireballs)
Lovinity’s specialty is Reiki, a form of healing involving one’s aura (energy field surrounding their body). Each living being has a set of 7 primary Chakras as part of their aura. Each Chakra represents a different aspect of healthy living: peace, joy, confidence, love, communication, intuition, and spirituality. Lovinity is capable of working with others’ Chakras to help heal ailments and strengthen them.
The necklace (medium)
The necklace is gold-chained with an amulet containing the heart with the infinity symbol. This necklace is special to her because it was given to her by Archangel Harmony (RIP). She usually only ever takes the necklace off to clean it or if she swims. The necklace is a constant reminder for herself of her identity and destiny in life.
Lovinity activates the spells by wearing her necklace and placing a hand on the part of the body where the Chakra is located. Then, she enters a meditative mindset and speaks affirmations to the subject, asking them to repeat those affirmations and to believe in them. The necklace enhances the Reiki’s effects, making them stronger. It is possible for Lovinity to perform Reiki without her necklace, but it will be weaker and not have any combat benefits.
Limitations
Limitations:
Requires 30 seconds (3 minutes for Crown Chakra) of full concentration
If Lovinity loses physical contact with the person, the process is cancelled
If the person does not believe in Lovinity’s affirmations, Reiki has no effect
Weaknesses:
Reiki consumes a mild amount of Lovinity's energy (almost all of her energy for the Crown Chakra) regardless of its success
While Reiki is being performed, both Lovinity and the other person cannot perform any other action (including movement), which leaves them vulnerable to outside attacks.

Flight
Maximum speed: 55 MPH
Maximum speed in combat: 14 MPH
Speed, flight duration, and coordination can be affected by wind, fluids/water on the wings, cargo being carried, and damage to the wings. She cannot fly when her wings are fully soaked in water or another substance. This makes flight in a heavy rain very dangerous.
Summons
This isn't an ability that Lovinity pulls off. Instead, it's an ability that others pull off.
Others can passively summon Lovinity when their heart yearns for love and compassion. When summoned, Lovinity is teleported quietly and almost instantly to their approximate location.
Lovinity cannot be summoned when she is already handling the summoning of another person until her job is done (whether successful or not).

Motto: Infinite Love
Lovinity lives by the motto of "infinite, unconditional love". She tries her best to show love to others, though sometimes the poor nature of others can get in the way of her goal. She believes even the worst of people can change if they are given the love and attention they need to realize what they are doing. This mindset has enabled her to do some very touching things for others, but it has also led her into a lot of trouble.
Violence is never the answer to resolving conflict in her eyes. She believes instead in rehabilitation and reformation (diplomacy). But she also understands, reluctantly, that sometimes violence is necessary for self-defense, especially if someone has no intent to be diplomatic and every intention to cause harm.
Naturism
When in areas where nudity is socially acceptable or unlikely to be seen, Lovinity might be nude (save for her shoes and necklace). She hates having to wear clothes and has a sensory problem with the feeling of clothes rubbing on her body. She loves the feeling of the natural elements on her, such as the crisp breezes, the warm sun, and the refreshing rain. It makes her feel natural, sensual, alive, and a bit wild/primal.
She has sensitive feet, unfortunately, and is usually wearing red sneakers or her signature red boots that have a heart with an infinity symbol on them, which means "infinite/unconditional love". Or, she might be wearing her gladiator sandals (pictured) if she wants to go more minimalistic. This is to protect her feet, especially when landing from flying.
When she must wear clothes, she usually wears white floral sundresses, simple robes with a cincture, or a bikini (pictured). The flowing/light nature of these clothes allows her to still feel most natural elements.
Romance/Compassion
Flirting: Lovinity can be a flirty little daredevil sometimes and loves it when kind, genuine people flirt with her. She often uses flirting as a Charismatic tool to establish trust and companionship with another person. And she loves when people with a genuine/authentic nature flirt with her as well.
Affection: Lovinity loves, sometimes even craves, physical affection. Affection and quality time are her love languages. When someone cups her in their grasp and tenderly appreciates her for who she is, Lovinity will absolutely melt, and perhaps "purr" like a cat. She loves being touched in affectionate, good-intentioned ways by those she cares about and who care about her. Lovinity also loves giving affection to others, especially those who are not at their best. Friends are precious to Lovinity. And she gets a bit motherly/nurturing when she sees a loved one not feeling well. She loves offering hugs or cuddles of comfort for those who need it.
Relationships: Lovinity feels relationships are very limiting for her. She wants to be the kind of person who could love anyone at any time without anyone else getting jealous or thinking she’s cheating. After all, her mission is to spread love, especially to those who need it. She does not want to commit her life to any one or more specific people. Therefore, she stays single, but may develop affinities for others and will love whoever could use it or whoever sparks her passion.

Additional Traits
Ambivert: Lovinity is a little shy when first meeting people she does not know, though as she has gotten older, she has warmed up to others more quickly.
Protectiveness: Lovinity can get a little defensive if someone she does not recognize poses some sort of potential threat to her or someone she cares about. This has gotten worse as she gets older because some people take advantage of her kindness. She’s learned to be a little more intimidating and assertive, for better or for worse, but she sometimes jumps the gun a little too soon if she feels threatened. This doesn’t mean she attacks; this just means she might enter a defensive position or reach for a weapon when it is not appropriate to do so.
Affinity to Nature: Lovinity loves nature; it is one of her favorite things. She loves going through gardens, smelling the flowers, looking at the bees and butterflies, and taking in all the senses around her. She also enjoys hiking through forests and woods, or relaxing on a beach. She also loves being outside in the rain. Rain is very cleansing for her celestial spirit, though it does have the downside of negatively affecting her ability to fly.
Stress/Meditation: Lovinity gets stressed easily because she picks up on the emotions and energy of those around her. For this reason, she meditates on a regular basis to help calm herself down and maintain her Ki. She also enjoys meditating with others and sharing her techniques to help others calm down and become more aware of themselves.
Expression: Lovinity enjoys expressing human nature and emotions in creative ways through writing or singing. You'll sometimes find her humming or singing something out loud. Usually, her songs are upbeat and peppy/cheerful, but sometimes they can hit deep in the emotions or even be cryptic in nature. Lovinity has written her own songs as well.
BACKSTORY
Family
Lovinity was born of the "Hearts" family of angels. Although her family is bigger, the people mentioned in this backstory are the only ones who are, or were, in contact with her regularly and have an integral part in who she is. Each member of her family represents a different form of love, and most carry one of the Oaths given by Archangel Harmony. Lovinity primarily focuses on romantic and friendship love and carries the Oath of "All is Love".
Lovinity lives in the Upper Plane along with most of the Hearts family and other angel-kind. But she is regularly on the Material Plane. Archangel Harmony made regular visits to the Elemental planes to help with the goal of establishing and maintaining harmony among all the planes. Lovinity sometimes accompanied her.
Liza Hearts (Neutral Good; Oath of Health): Lovinity was born to her parents, Liza and Reese Hearts. Liza is her mother, and she represents the love of health. She is a very intelligent and strong-minded individual with a passion for helping those who are sick. She is a medical technician who specializes in disease research for creatures within the Material Plane. Lovinity no longer has contact with her because Liza has left the Hearts family; she wanted to follow her destiny and be overseen by a different Archangel pertaining to medicine and health. Lovinity admired her Mom for her smarts, her level-headedness, and how she always seemed to smile no matter what she was doing or where she was. Lovinity often wishes she could be as emotionally strong as Liza.
Reese Hearts (Lawful Good; Oath of Loyalty and Protection): Reese Hearts is her father. His primary form of love is passionate love. He is one of the Planetar Angels and is called upon for battles between good and evil to protect other angels. He is a very determined, passionate individual with strong goals and the motto of "never give up" and "trying and failing is better than never trying at all". He can be stern and intimidating, especially given his military history. But he isn't as tough/mean as he appears. In fact, he's a softie on the inside and loves discussing passions and emotions with other people. Despite his "never give up" attitude, Reese sometimes struggles with the feeling of wanting to give up. Lovinity also admires her Dad and looks up to him as a source of inspiration, especially when she feels like giving up. Sometimes, her Dad and she distance themselves just for a bit when her Dad is feeling down. This is more because of her Dad’s nature of “toughing it out” and does not prefer to receive help or support from others unless absolutely necessary. Lovinity really wishes her Dad were more open to letting her support him in his worst times.
Archangel Harmony Hearts (Chaotic Good; Oath of the Heart of Harmonics): The Hearts family of angels was overseen by Archangel Harmony Hearts. She represented Spiritual Love. Harmony was a Reiki Master with almost perfect intuition and psychic abilities. She could read the energies of others and almost always knew what kind of spiritual treatment or care they needed. Unfortunately, she had very little strength or combative ability. Therefore, to stay safe, she usually did her work by sending messenger angels, Lovinity being one of them. Lovinity had a very close connection with Archangel Harmony, and so did Reese. Harmony had known Lovinity ever since she was born and was a regular figure in her life all her life. Archangel Harmony was also a prominent figure/teacher for Lovinity when learning about energy work, Chakras, and Reiki. She created the enchanted necklace Lovinity has now that she uses for her own Reiki. Archangel Harmony recently passed away (in Hearts lore, angels are not immortal, but their legacy is). Now, the Council of Archangels wants Lovinity to take over as the leader of the Hearts family by becoming an Archangel.
Rainbow Bridge Hearts (Chaotic Neutral; Oath of Companionship to our Spiritual Kin): Lovinity also has a first cousin who represents Love of Nature and Animals. Rainbow Bridge frequently seeks out animals, particularly stray and sick ones, to care for them and give them a loving home. She will also go to parks and forests to say hi to the wild animals who live out there and provide them guidance. Additionally, she helps animals cross the Rainbow Bridge when their time on Earth has finished. Lovinity admires Rainbow Bridge for what she does and frequently shares in their combined love for nature and animals. Rainbow Bridge is quite shy and soft-spoken and often keeps to herself. This is because she finds herself getting frustrated and angry with humans and angels frequently. For this reason, Lovinity also limits how often she is around Rainbow Bridge, as they can sometimes stress each other out. Rainbow Bridge also has different views from Lovinity; she believes that it is okay to seek retribution for the wrongs someone causes (Lovinity does not).
Dakota Hearts (Chaotic Evil; Fallen): Lovinity has a second cousin whom she tries to avoid, but unfortunately has periodic encounters. Dakota, a Fallen angel, represents love of power and control. She is a very manipulative person who loves to get into people’s heads and mess around. It brings her a sense of having power over her life when she can manipulate others to her will. Dakota was not always like this, however. Before Lovinity’s time, she used to be a Deva Angel and shared kindness with others, much like Lovinity does. Her downfall was that she shared kindness even to those who wanted to use her, and she did not stand up for herself. A massive bullying incident caused all her mortal friends to turn against her and renounce their faith in her, leaving her betrayed and broken. She felt like she lost complete control. And therefore, out of lifelong revenge, she turned to becoming a bully by dedicating her life to achieving power and control over others.
Dakota was cast down to wander the Material Plane as a Fallen angel by Archangel Harmony for all eternity as a consequence for turning against the angel kingdom and the Hearts. Lovinity has periodic encounters with Dakota in the Material Plane when she is doing work for others. She has been learning to keep Dakota out of her head with mostly successful results. Though sometimes Dakota will really get to her.
Chad Hearts (Lawful Evil; Fallen): Lovinity has an uncle that she tries to avoid when possible, named Chad Hearts. Chad is a Fallen angel who represents an arrogant love of the self, or selfish love, and as the representation suggests, is not a good angel in nature. He wanders the Material and Celestial planes, believing in "take everything". As his name implies, his persona closely resembles that of a “gigachad,” where he believes he is the alpha over all angels and people. Therefore, he deserves what he wants, and he will get it at any cost. An especially problematic trait of his is that he is a womanizer. He has no respect for women and will chase them down, flirt with them, and then hurt them if they do not reciprocate. He is also a strong narcissist. It also does not help that his power arguably matches that of Archangel Harmony, leaving him very difficult to defeat. Reese and Archangel Harmony had to encounter him a couple of times, and each time, got seriously injured in the battle. Luckily, though, Chad has repeatedly been put in his place over and over again by Reese and other Planetar angels.
Birth
Lovinity was born to her father, Reese Hearts, and her mother, Liza Hearts. Reese Hearts was a rather lonesome guy who did not interact much in his early years. His focus was on his studies to be a guardsman for a military base in the Celestial plane. He applied several times but was continuously rejected. The rejections got to him and demotivated him from trying anymore.
It wasn’t until he met someone special, Liza, who would help change his outlook on life. Liza was an adorable, level-headed angel who also kept to herself for the most part and focused intensely on her medical research studies. She wanted to be a laboratory technician and help develop cures for diseases. When Reese entered her life, she let loose and opened up more socially with her own peers and family. And when Liza entered Reese’s life, he felt an overwhelming admiration for her and her values, helping to solidify his own motto of “never give up”.
The two fell in love and had a very happy and fulfilling relationship. Reese finally got accepted through his determination to be a guard for the military base, and Liza was hired as a medical technician at the very same base.
Liza shared a core spiritual belief that resonated with Reese forevermore: Spirit is love, and love is limitless. And through their shared love, they had a child via a blood bond and named her Lovinity, which was a combination of the words “divine”, “infinite”, and “love”. From that, Lovinity was born from a blood bond between them.
Early Childhood
Lovinity lived a mostly average angel childhood with Reese and Liza, though Liza’s research had her away from home quite often. Therefore, Lovinity spent more time with Reese. She quickly grew into the Hearts family’s motto of love. And she spread much kindness and friendship to her peers. Unfortunately, this did open her up to several instances of mortals on the Material Plane and dark creatures of the hell planes bullying her and taking advantage of her kindness; she did not yet know how to stand up for herself as a little angel. But Reese, especially with his new military guard training background, taught Lovinity how to be tough, but kind at the same time. Lovinity was not too fond of the tough part; she wanted to be the gentle type of person. But she did become more assertive vocally after listening to her dad. And as she grew into her teen years, her peers respected her more and knew not to take her kindness for granted.
Teens
Reese, Liza, and Lovinity regularly visited Archangel Harmony Hearts and were very close to her. She was an older Archangel who, despite having trouble getting around due to physical disabilities, had a strong sense of intuition and wisdom. She also had a great sense of humor and was very resourceful. She was the leader of the Hearts family (until her passing) and held the Oaths that the family kept.
When Lovinity entered her teen years, Archangel Harmony had a discussion with her about starting her journey into self-discovery: finding who she was, what form of love she represented in the Hearts family, and what Oath she was going to take. She would also have to learn a new ability pertaining to her Oath. Lovinity understood, and they began the workshopping process.
At first, Lovinity was set on friendship love, being friends with everyone, including her enemies, for love was the answer to defeating all hate and evil. She believed strongly that the bad people in the world were only bad because they didn’t have love; they needed love to see the light. Harmony was impressed by her wisdom but cautioned her about the danger that she could face doing that. Lovinity insisted.
Departure of Liza Hearts
As Lovinity entered her teen years, Liza was offered a lucrative education and position at a secret medical research facility near the Material Plane to further develop cures for diseases, this time for mortals. She could not pass up that opportunity; it was her dream job. Unfortunately, this meant Liza had to move to the Intermittent Plane and would have minimal contact with the rest of the Hearts family from then on. It was a bittersweet departure that impacted Reese more than it seemed to impact Lovinity.
As time went on and Lovinity headed closer towards adulthood, Reese fell into a depression, losing sight of his own motto of never giving up and being determined. He quit working as a guard and went to basic security on a contractual basis. He struggled to be optimistic for Lovinity, especially when she was going through her own tough times. But Lovinity was there for him, and the father/daughter duo were close, at least up until Lovinity’s 20s.
Identity Struggles
But Lovinity would find herself struggling as well. She was struggling to find her sense of identity in the world despite somewhat knowing where she was regarding love. There were no Oaths within the angel kingdom she could take pertaining specifically to unconditional friendship love except one for general kindness (which sounded amazing, but was not exactly what Lovinity felt on the inside of her being), and one for romantic love (Lovinity had not yet discovered romance, but she would be about to, unknown to her).
Archangel Harmony suggested starting to meditate. Up until this point, Lovinity did not know much about meditation. Harmony suggested using meditation as a way for Lovinity to go within herself to find the answers she was seeking. She trained Lovinity in some of the basic skills to meditate. And Lovinity started using meditation regularly. While the answers she wanted did not immediately come to her, meditation kept her stress down and helped her stay optimistic.
Bad Encounters
While Lovinity struggled to find her true sense of identity and purpose in the universe, her second cousin, Dakota Hearts, frequently made appearances with Lovinity when they were both on the Material Plane. Dakota had a bad past of her own, as she was similar to Lovinity: kind and compassionate to everyone she met. But unlike Lovinity, she did not have anyone like Reese to teach her how to be kind and assertive. Others, especially dark spirits, took advantage of her, and eventually Dakota snapped, turning against her Oath and causing harm to a few in the angel kingdom. Archangel Harmony was very upset with her and cast her down to the Material Plane as a fallen angel.
Dakota was aware of some of Lovinity’s struggles. She tried to convince Lovinity to abandon the whole kindness and love ordeal, especially considering how it turned out for Dakota. Dakota was smart in that she would visit Lovinity during her most vulnerable moments, when she was sad, lost, or depressed. For a short time, Dakota was successful in “corrupting” Lovinity. She gave up on her pathway towards love and instead focused on… simply not caring about anything. She abandoned her friends and most activities in which she normally participated. And she really lost touch with herself, seemingly emotionally unstable and resistant to support from others. Archangel Harmony and Reese eventually snapped her out of it, Archangel Harmony reminding her of her value and worth in the world, and Reese reminding her that no matter what, she must not give up on her dreams. Future attempts for Dakota to “re-corrupt” Lovinity after that point have been unsuccessful.
First Love
Lovinity would find herself falling in love with another angel woman who had similar love values as Lovinity’s, though she focused more on romantic love. The two of them at first were inseparable, infatuated with each other dearly and regularly spending time with each other. But the other angel started quickly fading away from contact until she stopped responding. Lovinity was crushed by this for a while, but she also had a strong peer system, which helped keep her head held high.
Lovinity learned two things from her first love. First, she realized she was not asexual, like she initially thought, but at the time she thought she was lesbian. Secondly and more importantly, this experience grew Lovinity’s understanding of love. Despite the other person fading from contact, that did not change the fact that Lovinity still had a place for her in her heart. She still loved the other person and hoped she was okay. Perhaps friendship love was too limiting for Lovinity as a focus.
Constraints of Relationships
Throughout Lovinity’s remaining teen years into the start of her adulthood, she has tried a few other relationships with men and women, mostly other angels, but a few were humans on the material plane. She learned she was definitely not lesbian, but she was not straight either. Really, she could probably love anyone of any gender because she falls in love with someone’s persona and core values more than anything else.
But every time she tried a relationship, Lovinity felt restricted, like she couldn’t truly spread her love and closeness to other people when she was in a relationship with someone. This upset her greatly, especially considering she found herself more than once in a dilemma where she loved more than one person but was committed to one of them. She decided at the time that relationships were not for her; she was going to stay single so she could love anyone and everyone she wanted whenever she wanted.
The Oath
Lovinity brought this discovery of love to Archangel Harmony, as well as mentioning that maybe some sort of Oath regarding healing would be nice. Lovinity would find much pleasure in being able to support and love someone to the point that it heals them. This gave Archangel Harmony an idea: Reiki.
Archangel Harmony mentioned Reiki healing, which, unlike medical healing (which only targets the physical body), was more spiritual. It utilized Ki to target core areas of one’s sense of self and their connection with the universe. Lovinity gave Harmony her commitment to learning how to be a Reiki Master, just like Archangel Harmony was.
Shortly after, in a particularly emotional group meditation where everyone was asked to “turn up the volume” on their love for everyone and everything as far as it could go, Lovinity came to a realization that would forever stick with her: love is everywhere. The life and the existence of everyone and everything are not possible without the radiant energy of love flowing through them. Archangel Harmony commended her for her discovery and informed her that love was a foundation for establishing harmony across the planes of existence. Lovinity wanted to be a part of that, to see love in everything, and to give love to everyone. Archangel Harmony awarded her the Oath of “All is Love”. And from this point forward, the idea that love is everywhere, everything is love, and love is infinite became Lovinity’s core identity.
Reese Loses Faith in Love
As Lovinity entered her 20s, she and her Father, Reese, began to have more separate views on love. While Lovinity maintained her views on love and compassion, Reese’s beliefs shifted. Reese no longer believed love was the ultimate force in the universe. Instead, the greatest force was whatever was strongest at the time, meaning evil could overpower love (or vice versa) at any time if the force was stronger. He also no longer believed love was an essential need. And he believed that no one was entitled to it and that anyone could survive perfectly fine without it if they had a strong enough will. Reese’s reasoning for his changes was that no one is entitled to love (love is earned, not inherited, and if someone lacked love, it was never an obligation for anyone else to supply them love, and it was morally wrong to beg for it or to bend the laws of society to get it), and therefore these changes to his views were necessary to reflect that. While Lovinity agreed that no one is entitled to love, she believed love is still an essential need and that Reese did not need to make those changes to his beliefs. She also still believed love was the ultimate force of the universe.
Unfortunately, Reese, being more logical in nature, could not understand this and believed it to be illogical; it was illogical for something to both be an essential need and not be an entitlement. Lovinity tried to get Reese to look within himself on why he believed these things, that perhaps it was because of his own lack of love that he felt it necessary to change his beliefs. She also tried to show more compassion towards him as a daughter, though for obvious reasons she could not show him the same kinds of love he lacked most, given he was her Father. But this did not seem to help. Reese insisted on his own beliefs, no matter how hard she tried to reach into his heart; he was just too defensive and would not let her through. Therefore, the two of them have been more distant for their own wellness.
Archangel Harmony Passes Away
In the Hearts lore, angels are not immortal like in other planes. Shortly before Lovinity's 28th birthday, Archangel Harmony passed away, and her angelic form turned into a celestial shrine. Lovinity was already grieving her banishment from a plane; she felt at home in that plane and also could not understand why the ruler banned her despite everyone else enjoying her presence. And Reese was not receiving enough work as a security guard to cover his necessities. Additionally, Archangel Harmony was particularly close with them and with Rainbow Bridge. This passing was a particularly hard one for the Hearts.
Lovinity almost gave up. She was tempted to surrender her Oath and ask another Archangel to cast her down as a Fallen (except strip her of her celestial properties and make her an ordinary human). She felt like she was doing wrong and that she could never live up to the Oath. Instead, the Council of Archangels asked her to consider following what Archangel Harmony planned all along; Lovinity was to take her place when Archangel Harmony's time arrived. Lovinity broke down and tried to argue that she is not worthy, that she makes too many mistakes, and that she cannot possibly be a leader. The Council disagreed and said that even Archangel Harmony made mistakes. They asked her to consider it. Lovinity asked for time.
And that is where she is now. She continues to do her best at fulfilling her Oath and preparing herself for the duties requested by the Council. However, she continues to have doubts. And the Hearts continue to grieve the loss of Archangel Harmony. Meanwhile, the family does not have an official leader. However, Reese and Lovinity share some of those responsibilities with the Council until Lovinity feels ready for the job.
