St. Crash here and looking to get back into more role playing! I'm based in Europe, but between my insomnia and demanding cats, I can be online almost anytime.
Replies will vary in length, and I'm focusing more on the quality over the quantity, but are almost always 2+ paragraphs. I'm looking for something similar from my partners. I'm looking for a partner who can reply at least once a week.
I usually play female characters, but would possibly be open to play other genders if the fit is right. I tend towards playing queer characters, but I'm not looking for MxM or FxF right now.
I'm not ghosting friendly. I have a lot going on - I have my postgrad studies to wrestle with - so I understand if you have to drop an RP or take a break. Just please let me know when you can. I'm kink friendly and generally willing to give anything a go! I used to work with niche fetishes and sex workers - there is nothing left to shock me. My hard limits involve feet/foot worship (long story), bathroom play and anything against site rules.
what i'm looking for
I'm looking for someone to collaborate with to build out the world, our characters and the plot. I will likely have pinterest boards, playlists and goodness only knows what else when it comes to the RP - I'm not asking that level of commitment, but some enthusiasm to add to the story and characters is much appreciated.
Someone reasonably active, both in character and out of character. I'm currently bouncing between multiple posts a day and a post every couple of days - I'd appreciate someone with that level of activity, but ideally someone who can post at least once a week.
A certain maturity when it comes to any issues with the RP, be it with the posts, the story, or with me myself. Discussing any issues or problems you have early on makes them easier to resolve. I don't bite, and always appreciate honest feedback from my partner!
Fluff and happy endings and cuteness, at this point in time at least. The world is dark enough right now. I'm open to upbeat stories in otherwise dark settings.
I'm looking for spice/heat/smut scenes, but I'm also looking for a genuine connection between characters. I'm willing to go up to a 50:50 smut:story split, but this is highly flexible right now! I am not looking for smut free or fade to black right now.

Many, many years ago, a deal was struck between a travelling adventurer, wounded and starving, and the beautiful chieftain of a small, remote and mysterious village. Her people would shelter him for as long as he needed, with his wounds tended to, and as much food and drink as he wanted. In exchange, a year and a day after he safely returned home, she would arrive with her toddler son and allow him to choose freely - the first thing he touched would be his, be iit an apple, a toy, or a bag of gold coin. So, having healed and stocked up once more with plenty of supplies, the adventurer set off straight for his home. Shortly after his arrival, he married his sweetheart, and not long after that, inherited his father's position as the ruler of their not inconsiderable kingdom. The king did not forget his promise to the strange, shape-shifting woman who'd saved his life and took certain measures to avoid the tragic events of so many ballads and legends involving such deals. In preparation for the werewolf prince, he commissioned a range of gifts for the boy to choose from, from delicate, intricate, expensive trinkets to sturdy, but well made toys. Bushels of fruit, plates of desserts and sweets were all prepared for his arrival.
The boy and his mother arrived on time, both astonished by the expensive spread of potential gifts laid out for their arrival. Overjoyed at seeing his saviour, his friend again, the king greeted her warmly and introduced her to his wife. They discussed their shared journeys in the time since, victories and prosperity won for both of their people
The chieftain woman was driven away by guards, and with her beastly nature unmasked, warned the court that they were only delaying the inevitable. In response, the king took no end of measures to ensure his daughter stayed safe, stayed with her own kind, and most importantly, stayed ignorant of what had happened on her birthday. It was only as the princess became of age did he begin to relax his precautions, once he'd confirmed the woman he'd known was dead. Still, you can't ever be too careful, even if he's unaware that the new chieftain, the woman's son, is on his way to claim the reward his mother left behind.

If I could burn this town
A witch is pressured into taking a position she does not want, in a court she does not like. She shouldn't like the guardsman assigned to keep her in line and out of trouble, but yet... They bond. Over shady pasts, shared misfortunes and occasionally a drink of whatever the witch is brewing. Time passes, and one night a suggestion is floated. Maybe they could just run away together? Once they have taken care of a few things first, of course...

Our characters met years and years ago now, as dumb, teenaged vigilante/superhero wannabes. After saving each other's life once or twice, oblivious to the fact that neither are particularly cut out for the job, they decide to become friends and partners in crime-stopping. This continues, until MC gets caught by someone worse than the bad guys. The international superhuman registry body. Now considered an adult and not particularly wanting to face jail-time, she agrees to work off her debt to society instead as part of the metahuman unit, that handles crimes involving folks with powers and also the flashy 'justice league' style team of superhumans responsible for managing high level threats.
YC understands but also feels just a little betrayed. MC starts to become a little defensive of her employer, and the good work they do instead of just focussing on their mistakes and missteps. Things become strained, and with time, two former best friends barely see each other.
MC rises through the ranks, with more money and comfort than she ever could have expected with a 'normal' life -- even if she is a little frustrated that even with her powers, she's a glorified assistant.
YC finds their own success, and/or becomes a vigilante to be reckoned with under a new name and new set of skills.
So when YC saves MC in a manner extraordinarily like their early encounters... and even after all this time It's hard for them to hide from each other. Or the fact that in the years since they've last seen each other, they've changed in more ways than one.
