✦ COMMON ROOMS
The common rooms all tend to be welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. There are a variety of sofas and armchairs, colorful oriental rugs over the walnut wood floors, and vivacious marble fireplaces to keep the spaces warm. The walls are often painted in calm, soothing colors and decorated with windows, paintings, and tapestries. On shelves, trinkets are on display, verdant plant life brings life to the spaces, and board games rest within easy-to-reach spots. There is always a lingering scent of faint smokiness from crackling hearths, a subtle earthy aroma from smooth wooden floors, and a pleasant constant of cinnamon and vanilla.
✦ DINING HALL
In the center of this grand room is one long table that could easily seat twenty, providing a very social aspect to meals. Surrounding it are chairs made of dark, smooth wood and maroon, velvet cushioning. Along each side of the room is additional seating around small, round dining tables for those who prefer smaller, more private groups. A large rug sits beneath the central table, two glittering chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and a large, crackling fireplace is kept at the back of the room to keep the space pleasant and cozy. On each side of the hearth is a long countertop where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served to the students, buffet-style.
✦ CLASSROOMS 1A - 1F
Unlike the rest of the academy, the classrooms are rather simple and kept distraction-free; a fact that would benefit studies and accidental napping alike. Within each room are a large, rolling chalkboard, plenty of tables and chairs on each side of a central aisle, and a lecture stand at the front of the space. Bookshelves full of textbooks, scrolls, and extra materials are typically provided, alongside posters or charts relating to the class material.
✦ GRAND LIBRARY
One of the largest chambers in the academy, the library is a very spacious and peaceful setting filled with warm daylight and the scent of leather, paper, and ink. Spanning two floors, the walls are made entirely of built-in bookshelves and filled with countless tomes, scrolls, and journals. Towards the very back of the chamber, the shelves are replaced with floor-to-ceiling windows and lined with thick, maroon curtains. Near this window, there are various armchairs and sofas, providing a comfortable, sunlit area to read. On each side of the library, there are numerous more standing shelves, a few open work desks, and stairs that lead up to the second level, which is really just a smooth, wooden balcony extending around the full edge of the room. Chandeliers hang from the ceiling, pillars are decorated with golden moulding, and the floors are made of smooth, artful tile.

✦ RECTOR'S OFFICE
For all her extravagance and her headship of the estate, Cecilia Willowmaw is not particularly picky about her personal space, nor is she the tidiest of people, and so her office within the western wing is usually littered with books, loosely scattered papers and random business documents, and strange knick-knacks. Due to this, she prefers to meet students, clients, and business associates in the main foyer unless unavoidable. The rector of the academy generally spends her hours here, withdrawn and secluded but working hard for the good of the Willowmaw name.
