Who are you, how long have you been writing and what kind of things do you like to write?
I am the BattleCrow, The SunCrow, the MurderHobo, the HalloweenEagle, the SweetBurb, the adorableone.... Wait, I think I lost the theme.
Anyway, I'm an Aussie cunt, who's chill, but with a bitter-sweet sense of humor. My jokes range from dry, to insulting, to corny dad jokes, and I take basically nothing seriously, unless specifically told to do so.
However, my characters are not me.
I've been writing my entire life in various mediums. I got introduced to IRC at like age 10. The same with Lord of the Rings. I will forever remember my grade 4 teacher for giving me the LotR omnibus.
My writings are on the musings of the duality of monsters and heroes. Heroic Monsters, Monstrous Heroes. Overcoming challenges, falling to corruption, losing the good fight or winning it in unexpected ways.
My inspirations are Harry Dresden, The Iron Druid Chronicles, and He Who Fights with Monsters.
I recommend all of the above.
However, My RolePlaying, I find this to be different then writing. Writing is for writing my own story, RolePlaying is all about the dynamic. While yes, I like my characters to blend monstrous and heroic, having my heroes fall to villainy, and my villains rise to heroism, themes of corruption and redemption, I honestly just like exploring dynamics. You meet a chivalrous knight in the woods, do you fall in love? Turns out their a werewolf, do you fall in love with the werewolf instead, or are you, you know, terrified? Who knows.
I like both broad swathes and fine focus. Lets have a climatic battle followed by a good hard pounding in the bedroom. Or a stressful loss followed by a cry in the bathtub together. Let's conquer the world, die trying, and then have a beer at the pub and lament how stale the afterlife is before we set it on fire to get chased around by the angry angels.
How long do your replies tend to be and what is your writing schedule like?
I generally start at about two paragraphs, and try to rise to the challenge. If you start throwing pages at me, I will endeavor to throw pages back. Which honestly, is easier the more you feed me.
My writing schedule is... Australian. Unless you're Australian, you're getting one post a weekday, with me free to post more on the weekends.
What is your tolerance level for gore? Violence?
Anything non-sexual go for it. Eye-gouging will make me cringe, but whatever.
Anything sexual, please consult before hand, thank you.
Do you write sexual content? If so, what are your kinks? Limits?
I do, but it's not a necessity. I'm not only here to RP pawnz.
My kinks are pretty varied, but I like themes of dom/sub, corruption/teaching, manipulation/blackmail. I'm cool for exploring a lot, a lot of things I haven't tried before I'm open to giving a go and exploring.
There are a few things that will make me seek consultation, but my hard limits are; Scat/Vore. Sorry, don't see the appeal. You do you, but not for me.
Do you write any fandoms? (Please bear in mind that any characters under 18 and any high school settings must be aged up)
I mean, I'm happy to bring my characters into a fandom. The idea of writing a fandom about a dragon isekaing into DC/Marvel has occured to me.
I generally avoid RPing established characters. Sorry, but I'm not spending hours researching the character to display it properly.
Do you have any pairing or setting ideas?
Don't get me started.
Knight meets beast. Dragon Layer, not slayer. Goblins win instead of lose. High Fantasy, Low Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Tech, etc.
I'll be putting up a world-doc for my current novel setting sometime in the future.
If you're interested bring your character/your idea, and I'll offer mine and see if we meet in the middle.
Do you have any detailed plots prepared?
Simple Plot: You walk into a strange teashop, meeting the owner, standard dimensional traveling shop trope. She's also a fucking dragon.
Simple Plot: you meet a strange woman who seems to be trying to get basic/common sense information out of you, and offers you services in return. Perhaps she'll be open to anything... Perhaps she'll rip your arms off. Explore!
Complex: A world where the gods fought with dragons, and both sides lost. The dragons vanquished, but the gods now absent. Honor sends his priests to conduct the services of the fallen gods, reaping little faith. Love has turned to war. Something else grows in the darker places, as the kingdoms of the world turn to war and conquest. All the while the Northerners travel South to defend their neighbor, and it all centers around a hostage... And -you-.
I am also a pretty imaginative person. I'm happy to work with you to create plots and stories you desire, to work out something to make all party happy and create a masterpiece.
Do you have any characters you want to write? (Our character forum is here if you want a dedicated thread)
I have a large plethora of characters under my belt, and I'm keen to create more and new ones for various settings. Creating characters is one of my favorite parts of any games. ... Just don't ask me to name any of them.
My main pre-established characters are listed below.
Morgana Tatheen - Daughter of the Dimensional Empress, A dragon with an affinity for Air and Nature, she's a care free, sarcastic, swashbuckler unconcerned with reality, and expecting it to bend to her whim. Perhaps seeking something, but good like prying that out of her.
Alara Abomination - Daughter of HA! Nice try. She's the spawn of a forbidden union, combining dragon and elf, moon and sun, air and earth, life and death, and every other opposing force. She shouldnt' exist, but she does, and is stronger because of it. She seeks only her own amusement, and will shape and blend reality to make her whim come through. Though her moods twists between fanciful and horrific. She is always the teller of the story, and that story may be romance or horror.
Elly: The Goblin Girl. Abandoned in the woods and left to fend for herself, she grew up. Blending in with goblins and humans alike. But there's more to the eye with this one. Her ears are slightly sharp, her jaw somewhat angular, she's beautiful, and she flinches when someone lies. How else would she have survived the forests alone?
I'll be adding to the list as they occur to me, and tallying those I create as I go along. If you have an interest let me know.
Any additional notes you want to add?
Honestly, I'm just looking for some fun RP.
Just hit me up. If anything strikes your fancy, just send me a buzz, and we'll talk. I'm chill, if you're chill, we'll get along.
