(Self-Taught) Cosmic Projection - Using the energy of the cosmos(via catalysts like tarot, etc) to project a part thoughts(stars, constellations, etc) from her wand kinda like a hologram.
(Self-Taught) Enchantment - Using the energy he absorbed from plants & water, he is able to enchant objects with said energy.
(Racial Abilities) Fauna and Water Absorbent - Able to absorb the energy from plants and water and store them in his body.
(Racial Ability) Water Manipulation - Able to manipulate water. Strength and the scale of the wave depends on how much water energy he has.

Backstory: Lucinda was born the eldest child of a Wood Elf father and Water Fairy mother along with a younger sister(Lucinda Armistead). For most of his lives, he spent most of his time with his mother's side of the family while his sister spent most of her time with their father's side. The existence of his father and sister remained a mystery for most of his childhood.
His lack of webbed hands & feet and the inability to breath underwater set him apart from his water fairy relatives. His fairy relatives taught him everything they could teach him, his lacking features to everyone else to his relatives could only do so much. Secretly, he's been studying the stars and nature when he had free time.
Personality: Despite his outward appearance of calm and collected demeanor, he often exhibits a lack of consideration for the feelings and opinions of others, frequently speaking and acting in a rude, tactless, and harsh manner. This behavior has led to conflicts with friends and family members. His strong-willed nature and inflexible adherence to his beliefs and opinions often result in heated arguments and disagreements. However, he does possess great kindness and loyalty to his family, friends and trusted companions, albeit not always expressed in the most appropriate manner.
Outfit
Hat - Lucius wears a white hat with a really wide brim with removable plant decorations. Under the brim, the blue colouring looks to be similar to what's under mushrooms caps. (Reference to pictures)
Shirt - Lucius wears a a black turtleneck and a loose, white shirt with a blue collar overtop. The blue collar has gold threads embroidered on it.
Pants - Lucius's pants are loose and looks to be made with the same material as his shirt. It's flowy and can almost pass off as a dress.
Cloak - Lucius has a Hooded Cloak. Similar to his hat, it's white and blue and is really sturdy.
