Hello all!
So I would be interested in doing a roleplay that gives very much hades and Persephone vibes, enemies to lovers, hate to love etc. What I have in mind is an arranged marriage between two kingdoms and the Prince and princess involved are less than enthused to this arrangement. Unfortunately, they have no choice as a tyrant from their realms largest kingdom wants to take all the lands for himself and enslave the people. They agree to marry so their kingdoms can join forces and so they can put on a united front for their people. Sadly for them there are those in their own court that want to see their demise and will try and destroy both them and their newly fledged kingdom from the inside out.
This will include adult themes such as gore, violence etc also. See a description below on my character. If you're interested please drop me a DM and we can discuss a plot!
Name: Llyana Reonuff
Race: Elf
Age: 200, looks approximately 25 years old.
Appearance: Bright sapphire blue eyes that are framed by thick long brown lashes, her skin is ivory but slightly sun kissed from all her hours foraging in the forests that surround her kingdom. Her hair is a soft fiery red, it stays bright all year round as she is constantly outdoors and falls to her waist in tendrils of loose curls. She rarely wears her hair tied up, only in times of great urgency or when she is treating someone. Like all of her kind she has pointed ears. She loves long flowing dresses she can easily move around in and has a special love for anything that is powder pink or moss green. She embroiders little flowers into the bottoms and sleeves of all her gowns and has hidden pockets stitched into each outfit so she can have somewhere to store any plant life she finds. She has but one scar on her inner left arm from when she was caught by some jagged rocks as a girl collecting moss.
Personality: Llyana is kind to all she meets, she sees no reason to be cruel or nasty to those beneath her and often holds great empathy for those who suffer in her presence. Although kind she is also well read and intelligent, she finds politics extremely interesting and although she is well versed on the comings and going's of every kingdom she is often spoken down to by the male counterparts in her company. She is not afraid to flirt and she is not shy. Although kind she is also headstrong and when upset can often let her temper get the better of her. Her presence tends to calm those around her and many come to her if they need a moment of peace and quiet.
Background: The Reonuff clan always prided themselves on treating the earth and those that lived it with the respect it deserves. It seems to have paid them back in spades over the decades are their kingdom flourished and thrived. When king Aengus and his wife Seonadh gave birth to their twins, Llyana and Alexandros their kingdom was made whole. Unfortunately, the prosperity of their lands did not go unnoticed. Warring kingdoms wanted the wealth for themselves, on the twins 100th birthday celebration the entire family fell ill after they feast. Queen Seonadh and Prince Alexandros died quickly from their sickness, Llyana's quick thinking saved her and her father from a similar fate when she discovered a plant that counteracted the poison they had ingested. Sadly, in his grief at losing his queen and son king Aengus never fully recovered. In his weakened state he locked himself away in his kingdom and tried to get Llyana to do the same but she refused. She went back to noble society with her head held high refusing to show fear to those that wanted her and her family dead.
Now she represents her kingdom, her people, her father. Many say she will be a queen one day but she never thinks that far ahead, now she lives in the moment always remembering to show each and every nobleman and woman she comes across that although her kingdom may be small she will always stand with it.
