Your attention is much appreciated for forum drifters such as myself. I'm the type of role player who gets the bug every few months. Recently I had been struck with many ideas I just had to get out somewhere. I've attempted to host a few of those on rpnation these past few weeks and while I'm not entirely prepared to admit defeat on any of them, I am keeping my options open by tossing my lot this way as well. I like the fact that this site is eighteen and over, as well as the fact that it's number one on toprpsites. Hopefully this might ensure at least one of my role plays gets past the character sheet stage.
A bit about me as a roleplayer:
I enjoy roleplay particularly for the mental stimulation. Flexing my articulation muscles to write out the scenes in my head as I see them play out. I love the chess aspect not only to competing in combat scenes, but attempting to mesh your own writing styles with others to make the best read you can and see how others respond to your actions. As such I try to create tension and settings we all must work together to write out ways out of. You can't have a story without conflict, after all.
I like my fandoms as much as the next, but one thing I love most about using premade settings is letting our imaginations run wild with the possibilities the original writer may not have explored. I like to take major liberties with these templates, and as such probably won't be interested in those kinds of rps unless you're open to this as well.
I'm open to one on one rps, but it's not something I usually actively seek out. I like multiple fully fledged characters controlled by their devoted creators so that they are all done justice. This being said, if we've had good chemistry the idea of being able to get even more in depth on a story wit a single like minded creator could make something exceptional. PM me if you feel this way as well.
