The beautiful, unique sound of the band filled the halls of the Petrova Estate, as did the chatter and laughter of the worlds most wealthy families, Dukes, and Lords. The ball they were attending was the celebration of Katerina Petrova, the only child of Lord Petrova. She had just turned eighteen and was now celebrating her arranged engagement to a gentleman she had only met once before. Lord Petrova had already picked the young man Katerina was to marry, a young Lord named Edward Jamison. But, that doesn't stop her from falling for the wealthy, mysterious man who just moved to town, especially when he arrives unannounced at the party.
Katerina was a beauty; her eyes were an emerald green that could out shine any gem. Her pale skin was flawless, no blemishes or marks of any kind. Everything about this young woman was breathtaking, but what caught everyone's attention was her waist long silver hair. It was the most beautiful color of silver in the whole country, and it certainly wasn't something anyone saw on a day to day basis.
