Hey guys! PV here, making the rounds again in search of some more role plays!

About me:
- Works full time; hates it with the fire of a thousand suns
- Old school roleplayer and aspiring writer
- Chatty with partners, both about plot and actual lives
- Likes video games and dinosaurs

Awesome, right? I know, I'm the coolest person out there!

Anyway, I do have a few ~guidelines~ in regards to Roleplaying with me. Here we go:

1. I sometimes write a LOT. I'm not going to hold anyone to a billion-paragraph standard, but I'd like at least two to three paragraphs per post? Quality over quantity though, of course!
2. I'm not really a smut-for-smut's-sake type of gal. Don't get me wrong, I loooove writing a good steamy scene or five, but I need some kind of plot and character interaction outside the bedroom also. Let's just keep it engaging!
3. I love kink and BDSM elements, but of course there are some things that don't really float my boat. Here are the most important no-go's: furries, vore, mpreg, Daddy or Mommy-dom/little play, any type of bathroom-related fetish. If you don't see it on that list, feel free to just ask.
4. I play male and female characters, and prefer MxM or MxF pairings, with the occasional FxF thrown in for good measure. Right now I'm craving playing a female for an MxF pairing, so please indulge me!
5. Personal pet peeve, but if you come to me saying you only play submissive characters, we're not going to be a good fit. Switches for life!

I think that's it for the nuts and bolts. Now on to the plots!

CRAVINGS!

These are the plot ideas or pairings that I'm dying to write as of this moment! Bonus brownie points if you want to play out one of these with me!

Queen of the Underworld: A modern-day take on Hades and Persephone! I don't have any specific ideas on this as of yet, but I'm thinking Hades is either some kind of corporate bigwig, or a criminal leader. Looking to build and expand on this idea. {I would really like to play Persephone at this point, either as a male or female incarnation.}

To Win With Honor: A kingdom that has grown from the smallest seed of hope, founded by those who desired only peace, is now on the brink of war. Its serene policies have made it unable to defend itself against neighbors who seek to expand their territory. They have few choices; one is to concede, to give up and become nothing more than a vassal nation of warmongers. The royal family is bold and stubborn enough to try instead for one last desperate gesture: to form a marriage alliance with another neighbor, a kingdom renowned for their military might. {The character I'd like to play is the daughter of this military nation, being forced out of the line of succession and used as a marriage pawn by her father.}

When Sun and Moon Collide: Two kingdoms have been almost constantly at war; one forever in the cool darkness of night, the other in the sunny warmth of day. On an island in the sea between them, a man comes to power, blessed by the gods with strength enough to force a ceasefire, and demands that the two make a treaty, bring an end to the bloodshed. To that end, the heirs to two thrones are brought together, and on a mission of peace, to escort one another through their respective lands. The question is, will they be able to grow and learn, to respect one another's differences and bring a halt to endless war? Or will they be simply too greatly split to ever mend the breach, and come to blows once more? {I have oh so much more information about these kingdoms, and multiple character possibilities: my favorites right now are either the male or female heir to the day kingdom, or the male heir to the night kingdom. This is my pet world. xD Hit me up!}

Really, any type of medieval/fantasy shenanigans are right up my alley right now.

Now for the more comprehensive listing!

Genre: Medieval/Fantasy

General Concepts I Like:
Magic. Knights, in armor shining or not so. Nobility. Royalty. Court intrigues. Jumbled up fairy tales. Thieves and bandits. Epic quests. Dragons and other assorted mythological beasties. Wars, alliances, and arranged marriages. Faeries and their realms and courts. Elves. Monsters. Adventure and excitement. Merfolk. Fantasy cultures. Courtesans. Angels and demons. Deities come to earth. Magical artifacts. Secrets and plots. Feral children and foundlings. Shapeshifter societies. Slavery and servitude.

Plot Ideas:

When The Snow Falls: The realm of the fae is divided into four courts: Spring and Autumn, Summer and Winter. While the former two have managed to strike a truce with one another, the war between Summer and Winter has raged for centuries - and continues to do so, without any hint of stopping. Until the day an exile from the Summer court, seeking to flee through Autumn lands, takes a step too far and winds up in the grasp of Winter... {So many ways to go with this! I have no particular character in mind, and we can add more depth with the Spring and Autumn courts as well!}

Shield of the Soul: Soul bonds are a common thing, the recognition of one's other half - not everyone finds their own, but the chances are always good. They manifest in marks on the body, tattoos of a magical nature that match their counterpart's. A young knight's appears as anticipated, in the presence of the one it is meant for - but not when it is expected, in the course of his normal life and duty. No, his soul bond appears when he is taken captive by an enemy, bound into slavery; now he is sworn to bind his life to theirs, no matter what the consequences. {Come on conflict! I have a knight in mind; the opposing character could be another solider, commander, noble, prince, whatever. Key point is that they're on opposite sides of a conflict.}

When Treaties Fail: A warlike tribe of nomads has recently entered into a cautious trade agreement with the kingdom at the border of their lands. A delegation from the kingdom is sent to the village nearest the border to meet with the chieftain and those deemed most important among the tribe. But the agreement, it seems, was nothing more than a lure; the nomads' land holds resources the kingdom wants, and they have chosen to resort to force in order to take it... {I have a nomad in mind.}

A Wolf Among Men: A prince is hiding a dangerous secret from his family - he is a lycanthrope, cursed to shift shape under the full moon. In the hunt for something to keep his condition bound, he comes across a merchant who swears he has something that will work. He comes expecting a trinket, an amulet or a spell or somewhat; instead, he finds a caged blood mage, caught and kept captive for just such an occasion. Blood magic is a crime in this land, punishable by death, but it is the only thing that can keep the prince's transformations at bay. So instead of a magical bauble, the prince returns with an enslaved mage in tow, one who will be the only living soul to know his secret - as he will be the only one to know the truth of the mage's work.
Cue mutual attempts at blackmailing, powerplays, and general hilarity. {I prefer to play the blood mage, because MAGICCCC. Also, anything else involving my blood mage, because he's a favored character of mine.}

The House of Sighs: A city under siege falls to the conquering army at long last. Within the walls of the House of Sighs, a renowned place of pleasure, a healer waits to see what the conquest will bring. Yet when he's mistaken for one of the house's courtesans by an enemy soldier, what choice does he have, if he wishes to keep his life? {I have an intro ready for this; I prefer to play my healer.}

Dragon's Heart: The Draconeer Corps are the pinnacle of military achievement. A young man has dreamed of nothing else since he came of age; finally, he has risen through the ranks enough to be presented for consideration. When he manages to bond with one of the fledgling dragons, he is accepted into the Corps, and put under the guidance of a senior Draconeer. Little does he know how intensely his new bond with his beast will influence his behavior, though, and when the dragon mate-bonds with his mentor's, well... things are bound to get interesting. {Loosely based on the Dragonriders of Pern series. I'd like to play the new rider.}

Genre: Modern/Fantasy

General Concepts I Like:
Organized crime. Modern forms of magic. Lycanthropes. Vampires. Angels and demons. Mythology gone modern. Schools of magic or for the supernaturally inclined. Underground networks of the more-than-human. Strip clubs staffed with the supernatural. Blackmail. Business as a front for crime or supernatural shenanigans. Law enforcement. Modern slave trade. Superheroes.

Plot Ideas:

The Enemy of My Enemy: The tradition of hunting down vampires, werewolves, and things that go bump in the night is alive and well, but one family has turned recently to conservation - trying to study and protect those inhuman species, not destroy them. Unfortunately, the monsters don't always cooperate... and their 'soft' approach leads them to be targeted by other hunters as well. With a new wave of unusual supernatural activity occurring, they're stuck between keeping to their family's code, or being forced into working with other hunters to eliminate everything inhuman... unless, of course, the monsters start paying attention to the fact that they aren't a threat, and start fighting with them. {Very open-ended!! Lots of possibility! I have a member of the 'conserving' hunter family in mind.}

Crime and Consequences: In a world where the supernatural is not unknown, but is still on the fringes, a young detective with a gift for accurate hunches and semi-prophetic dreams is put on his first big case - an undercover job, investigating the head of a well-known and dangerous mob family. Hired as an assistant for the other's legal front job, he works his way into the man's confidence, only to discover that crime shouldn't be his biggest concern; the family is a pack of very territorial werewolves, and once you're in, you don't get out alive. {i need more criiiiime. xD I have a character in mind to play for the detective. ALSO: anything involving organized crime and magic/supernatural creatures. Bonus points for werewolves.}

Howling at the Moon: A local werewolf pack has recently formed around a young alpha, claiming a slice of territory previously under the aegis of his family's pack. To solidify his claim, he must take a mate, and his instincts have guided him towards not another wolf, but a local witch - who has no idea what to make of the wolf's attentions. {I'd like to play the witch!}

That's all for now! More to come! Feel free to pitch your own ideas if you have them and think I would enjoy them!

When The Sun and Moon Collide looks interesting, I'd like to play the female heir to the Day Kingdom. A Wolf Among Men also sounds interesting, as does Howling At The Moon. I have a good idea for a bumbling werewolf -basically a lil kid with his first crush when it comes to her.

For Queen of the Underworld, I think you might like to check out Hadestown the musical if you still need to flesh it out.

I feel like out of those, I'm probably most down for Howling At The Moon? But I could also do more than one thing, lol.

Also, THERE'S A MUSICAL?!

Wolf among man please.

Bumping it up!

I'll probably do The Sun and Moon Collide since it's my favOrite ship- ICHIRUKI! (Ichigo- Sun/Rukia- Moon.)
