Below are four ideas. If you decide to message me, mention the one you want to try the most. They're written in first person for brevity, but I usually role-play in third. The ideas:

1.) Wizard's Tower

You were born with incredible magic power, so strong and unpredictable that a sneeze could blow down swaths of forest. You were put in a remote tower built of wards to suppress your magic, but also to give you the opportunity to one day control yourself. Scholars have come regularly over the years to study and teach you, and I've been your personal guard all this time, that is, until the tower is invaded. Being forced to escape, we will need to survive in the vast surrounding forests, and without wards to suppress your chaotic powers, we are constantly at odds with the uncontrollable.

2.) The Pardon

I was sentenced to death for practicing black magic. Only three days away from my execution, I was shocked to be taken from my cell and escorted to a carriage under the guise of night. It would be explained that a nobleman "paid" for my release, to teach his daughter my knowledge of the dark arts - at any cost. Were I to refuse, I would be put right back into my cell to hang, leaving me no other choice.

3.) Devil's Daughter

I was a valiant solider, but a soldier nonetheless. When I was slain on the battlefield, my wayward spirit went opposite of the rest. I opened my eyes in a blaze, seeing a devil before me. He offered a deal for my life back, to marry his earthly daughter, or to suffer in the fires of eternity. I made my choice, and I awoke back in my body amidst the abandoned war fields... There was a magical mark inscribed in my wrist, which appeared to point me towards my destination - towards the woman.

4.) The Healer

I've been evading my enemies for several years, but my deeds have finally caught up to me. After being chased into the woods by my pursuers, I was bested and left for dead... but rather than awaking in the afterlife, it was the cold interior of a cabin that greeted me. I was surprised to soon catch a figure in the doorway staring towards me - ... was I supposed to be here?
