Appearance
Standing at five foot seven, Lucia is a petite woman, with impeccable posture. Despite her small size, her arms have a small amount of muscle to them from her training with a Katana. Her skin is a flawless creamy complexion, almost void of any scars or markings. The only two scars reside on her back, two long slits as if wings had once gone there. Her eyes are a bright emerald green that matches the accents on her jewelry, which enhances the breathtaking color of them, making them the most prominent feature on her. Her hair which falls in silky onyx strands that outline her face and flow freely like feathers in the wind only adds to the pop of her emerald eyes. Her facial expression can convey to onlookers of a calm, precise, and caring nature, her face is not soft enough to give off innocents but not stern enough to give set fear into people.

She is normally found dressed in something black with gold or orange accents, and the majority of the time she wears the same hair ornaments, which are simple gold chains with emeralds encased in gold attached to the chains or dangling down from them. Due to her wishes to uphold one of the more common traditions of Lavina in honor of the kingdom she was forced to leave behind, she wears a sheer black veil outlined with golden thread, laying over the bottom half of her face and falling down towards her breasts. The material is black and see-through, so as not to hide her rosy red lips and pearly white smile, but to contain the visibility of them.

The aura around Lucia is that of confidence, burning passion, and empathy. Floating around Lucia are small embers that seem to be alive with fire, the embers are the shapes of small feathers falling from her shoulders, or just floating around her body in a seemingly pointless path. When Lucia is calm the amount of embers floating about is few though with any emotion that would feel like a rush to Lucia those few embers turn into many, and their speed only quickens, and the air will turn hotter. The noticeable aroma when near her is amber and jasmine, though after using her magic those scents can turn into sulfur or a smoky scent.

It is extremely rare to see Lucia with her wings out, but when she does put them on display they are a gorgeous glimmering black, the tips of the feathers look as though they are alive with embers of a fire. They are large enough to wrap around her and at least two other people, and are thick enough that they could possibly block an attack of arrows from piercing anyone protected under them.

Personality
Lucia radiates confidence, burning passion, and empathy in everything she does, it is very rare for her to show a fearful or timid side of herself. She is very outspoken and refuses to back down from a challenge, especially from men or authority. At heart, she is a fierce fighter with a strong sense of justice and equality for all. Though, she does have a deceiving personality. Oftentimes, she will use people to get where she needs to, looking at them as stepping stones to her goal.

Revenge runs deep in her blood since the day she was thrown from her kingdom after a childhood of rejection for something as simple as the color of her hair. With a vendetta against those who abandoned and exiled her, she looks to bring up those who choose to follow her as she regains control of what was rightfully her, and will not stop till she is seated on a throne with an army at her command.

LIke all people, Lucia has a softer side, one tha has been hurt a thousand times by men and woman, family and friends, strangers and allies. One that burns with pain every day and makes her question whether she is truly as strong as she has forced herself to be or asks just how much weight of the world she can take before burning herself to ash. She tends to be distrusting of men more than women due to the number of times she has been stabbed in the back by them, especially her father. She views love as a wonderful thing that can empower people, though constantly says its not for her. She doesn't wish to share any throne that she finally obtains for fear of being overshadowed by her husband as is the traditional role in many kingdoms. She doesn't wish to be a mother as she worries that she will turn into her parents and be as cruel to her children as they were to her.

If Lucia was to ever be pursued by a possible lover, it would take a long time to gain her trust or for her to allow herself to feel. Though once they have gained her trust, that burning passsion that she puts into all her work will flood into her love life, and she will love as if there is no tomorrow and not time to waste. She is protective and clingy, but will become a loyal lover. Though God help the man that breaks her heart, as a vindictive nature for those who hurt her runs deep.

History
Lucia was born in the kingdom of Levina, a celestial kingdom known for its wealth, celestial magic users, and pristine society. The kingdom itself was one of the largest in the world, holding hundreds of thousands of people, possibly more. It was a slice of heaven on earth; the people born of celestial powers lived within the kingdom, the majority of them born with silver, blonde, or other light colors of hair and fair skin and developed angelic wings throughout their childhood. Some developed types of light magic, while others developed what is called Lunar magic, given from the heavens. People born in the kingdom looked at other kingdoms and those not of celestial descent to be wicked and lesser of a person.

When Lucia and her twin sister Selestia were born, they were thought to be a miracle from the heavens, as their mother had been unable to conceive a child and was thought to have been barren. So when she gave birth to two baby girls, the family, and kingdom were ecstatic. That was till Lucia started to develop black hair while her sister grew shiny silver locks. It was thought to be a bad omen of what was to come from Lucia, though the family held out hope that her powers would prove to be that of the celestial and not that of the wicked. Though that small strand of hope only lasted for a few years when the girls began to gain their powers. Lucia's came in violently, and suddenly, the uncontrollable fire spread from the little girl's hands when playing with her sister. She had scorched her sister's arm and burned half the playroom down before it was finally contained.

It wasn't long after the accident that she was separated from her sister, whose powers had slowly and gently come in over time, proving to be one of the rare forms of the already rare Lunar magic. Lucia spent the rest of her childhood playing alone in the confines of her room, destined to only see a handful of servants that knew about or were permitted to serve her. Lucia was treated as a burden or an unwanted animal that her family didn't know what to do with. While the majority of the time, her door was kept unlocked as she grew older and her wings came in, the door was kept locked, and that handful of servants had a copy of the key to her room. The kingdom was told that the second child of the king and queen was a sickly child and that she was to be kept on bed rest. No one questioned it, every once in a while she was allowed out to see her sister or spend time with the family, though as she grew older she started to resent her parents more and more.

She was outspoken and able to think for herself since she hadn't grown up with the constant brainwashing that her parents had done to her sister, who was far too shy and timid to speak out against their parents. Despite their dislike for Lucia, they were constantly trying to change the way she thought or the way she wished to present herself. They wanted a carbon copy of Selestia and Lucia wanted to just be herself. As she grew to maturity, her parents had little to do with her, and she was left alone with only the servants and an occasional midnight sneak away from her room to her sister's room to chat.

When the twins turned eighteen years of age they were considered adults, and it was announced that Selestia would be married and rule over Levina while Lucia was to be exiled. Her father gave her enough gold to care for her and the criminals he sent away with her as her 'guards'. They left in the middle of the night, and the next day it was announced to the people of Levina that Lucia had passed away.

While some of the men that were sent with her left, the majority followed her, as she had a plan to get payback for everything her family had put her through. She settled down as a noblewoman in the kingdom of Celadon, slowly over the years gaining a good reputation and the trust of the citizens and building up her house while concealing her identity as the deceased princess of Levina.

From a very young age Lucia has been able to use fire magic, a very broad description of such would entail burning things or people. It can be basic, like starting a fire and burning a building down, or setting a man on fire, to causing a person to explode from the build up of pressure of their viens reaching a boiling point. Of course, there are various other ways of using her magic that come with imagination and depending on the scene or opportunities prescented to her.

Buried deep down is dark lunar magic that she will eventually be able to discover and tap into, though as of right now, Lucia has not been able to discover it. Just like her twin sister, she also has wings that can be used for protection, fighting and flight.

Possible Plot Ideas
After being exiled on her eighteenth birthday from her home kingdom, Lucia and the criminals acting as her guards that had been sent with her settle down in the kingdom of Celadon. Years were spent gaining the trust of the citizens, and building up her house and reputation. The citizens of the kingdom were dying not only from starvation and poor living conditions, but diseases as well. To gain their trust and build up her reputation, she spent many years building up medical buildings and jobs for the poor. All while keeping her true identity as the deceased princess of Levina a secrete from those who did not come with her. Celadon's cruel king and queen had a circle of advisors from wealthy and reputable noble houses, though one of the chairs was finally open for a new family to take the seat as the last heir to the (Insert Your Families Name Here) had passed away. An election from the citizens would be required for the next person to take chair, something Lucia had been banking on for years. Though just as she is about to be given the chair and its stipulation/requirements, the lost heir of the family who had left many years ago, shows up just in time to steal the chair from Lucia though there is a catch that neither of them were aware of. The person holding the chair must be married in order to obtain and keep said chair in the council. In order for Lucia to keep her plans to overtake the kingdom, she must first make an agreement with the man in her way, and convince him to marry her and 'share' the seat on the council.

Piggy backing off the above idea, one could use the same concept and past actions but instead of trying for a seat on the council attempts to seduce and make the prince fall in love with her. The goal for Lucia would be to kill him before she can to fall in love and take the throne for herself, but can she manage to do that? Or will he prove to be useful to her.

This is another possible idea but its my least favorite due to the fact it would require extra planning between me and my partner, but we could do one where one of them men that had resided in the dungeon on a murder sentence that was sent away and exiled with her stayed by herside, became her personal guard and advisor and she slowly starts to fall in love with him.

I would be open to love triangle as well.

Standing at five foot seven, Celestia is a dainty woman , with impeccable posture. Much like her sister, she has flawless, creamy skin, void of any scars or blemishes. her skin almost seems to have a silver sparkle to it at times. Brilliant blue eyes, as bright as the sky, but as deep as the ocean, are set behind a pretty and respectful smile that seems to always be plastered on her lips. Her hair is like pure silver that falls in long flowing strands down to the small of her back. The hairstyle depends on the day, some days she wears it up, others down but contained. To hightlight the silver of her hair and the blue of her eyes, Celestia was given a small crown to place in her hair. The crown is silver with specks of blue crystals to bring out her eyes. A soft face the gives away the princesss's timid and shy nature makes up her facial expression at any given time.

Celestia is rarely allowed to pick out her own outfits, as her parents have a say in every activity in her day to ensure perfection. She can be found wearing anything that is silver or white, and relatively modist in nautre. She is allowed to show a good amount of skin such as shoulders, arms and a vewry small amount of cleavage. The dress may only come up to her knees as anything further up would be considered too inappropriate.

Celesita's aura is a mixture of many things, which makes many interested in her. While she gives off the shy and timid type there is an alarming feeling of power, though to those sensitive to aura it would seem as thought it was an undiscovered or dormant power. At times silver specks like stars seem to float around her, only for a few moments before fading out, something that only spectators may see out of the corner of their eyes. If they attempt to look, the twinkling of silver will stop till they focus back on her. A sweet aroma of honeysuckles and vanilla seem to follow her around, its not too overpowering, but just noticeable enough for most people to smell it.

It is a common practice for royalty when addressing or presenting themselves to their citizens to reveal their wings, which are typically larger than most commoners. Celestia wears her wings with pride, they are a gorgeous silver color to match her hair, seeming almost metallic in light as if they are made of metal, yet they are silky to the touch and flow with ease in the breeze liuke normal feathers.

Personality
Celestia on the outside is picture perfect. She is very sweet, timid, even comes off as shy. Her whole life she seen how her parents had treated her sister who was outspoken and strong willed, and to avoid the punishments Lucia got, she became her parents picture perfect child. She knew spoke out again abuse or any wrongful doing, she kept quiet, always agreeing with her parents and doing as she was told even if it meant she was unhappy.

Just like everyone Celestia puts up a front of sweet, innocent, and timid, but burning under the skin is a boiling anger that is just to scared to come out. The few times it had come out and she had spoken out against her parents had always ended bad enough that she never done it again, and going into an arranged marriage, she will act the same as her husband, allowing him to take full control of any kingdom she rules over, even her own.

Lucia despite being her twin, had grown dark black hair and developed fire magic, which was thought to be evil.

As they grew up Celestia was kept away from her sister, she was allowed to accompany their parents in public, at meetings and be the center of attention for the royal family, all under the lie that her twin sister, was deathly Ill and didn't have long to live. She was taught the importance of her role as a woman, and what it was exactly they expected out of her. To be silent till spoken too, always allow the men to talk, and have a pretty smile and perfect posture at all times. No one likes an outspoken and strong willed woman. With those rules drilled into her head every day, she became timid and silent. It was rare to hear her speak, and even rarer to see her look unhappy, though it was all an act. Deep down she had always been upset by her parents abusive and old fashion teachings, and how they treated her sister.

When the twins turned eighteen, Celestia was told she would be found a husband eventually and that she and her soon to be would rule the kingdom, while her twin sister was to be exiled from the kingdom. She didn't speak out against the ruling of her sister despite how much she had wanted to and the day she was vanished she watched her sister leave from the window high above the castles walls.

With her sister gone Celestia is now awaiting to be married, keeping to her parents side and attending everything she is told to attend.

From a younge age the royal family knew Celestia had been highly regarded by the heavens due to her magical abilities. She had gained a rare form of Lunar magic, one that was mixed with light and the ability to see parts of the future. Her parents kept the gifts hidden, so currently Celestia has no clue how to access the gifts of forseeing the future, though she does have training in both the light portion and lunar portion of her magic.

Plots / Ideas
The onlything I currently have for this story is an arranged marriage of some sort. I'm wanting a story where they get to know eachother, he can be sadistic or a nice guy, doesn't mater to me. I love both! I will tell you this character will be hard to crack through that sweet and timid nature and see the true her underneath but it is defiantly possible will just take time for miss perfect to show those flaws.
