Heya! I am Sonder, a socially awkward, indecisive hermit who likes to write and has dangerously low levels of self-confidence.
I created my account a little more than a week ago and have lurked around here since then. In the past I've dabbled in writing fiction but I've never roleplayed before so I might need a few pointers here and there as I figure things out if that's alright >.<
I really like fiction as a whole, but I become especially invested in fiction where the world has that extra layer of depth to it. When I'm writing I like there to be a central theme or focus, almost like a gimmick within the world itself, to significantly impact the lives of the characters. I'm not sure that I described that all too well but for now we can just leave it there.
I live for games, caffeine, and sleep. As far as games go I play a lot of Smite with friends but when I'm alone recently I've been playing a lot of Monster Hunter. My favorite series of all time is the Mass Effect trilogy.
I'm a nerd who also spends a lot of his time writing code, so if the occasional programming operator makes its way into a post just let me know and I'll fix it! This happens to me more frequently than I'd like to admit and fortunately I am able to catch it myself before anyone notices (most of the time).
A while back the information that I meditate to relieve stress when I'm alone managed to get out, and this combined with the fact that my family is made up of a bunch of weirdos seems to make those that I've met in person think of me as some sort of ultra-religious hippy. Does the occasional mindfulness meditation make me a hippy? I'd like to believe it doesn't, but I could be wrong.
Something worth mentioning is that the semester has just begun and replies from me are likely going to be slow. I might find the time for a quick response here and there but for the most part I will be busy with whatever the university has me doing and without the time to sit down and type.
Bringing this to a close, I look forward to meeting you and I hope that together we might create something great! Lastly, if you have any questions about me feel free to ask
