Felsworn, a small fae village where Eslaria has lived all of her life with parents and siblings. Her younger years were spent following her mother around, learning how to become a proper healer and midwife, tending to her family’s gardens, and simply living a peaceful existence. There was nothing remarkable about the village. Nothing significant that would have drawn the attention of anyone at all and the fae were content with that.
Eslaria grew, becoming a healer in her own right. She took over for her mother, allowing the older fae to enjoy some much needed rest after decades of service to the villagers. All around her the world moved on. Her siblings and friends found mates and began the cycle of starting their own families, yet Eslaria went on about her days, spending her time caring for the village and devoting herself to her research.
YC enters the village, confused by the strange young healer that spends all of her times surrounded by plants rather than other fae. At first they despise each other, but as the years pass, they settle into a strange sort of coexistence. He teases her endlessly for her lack of social skills and tendency to keep to herself while she tries, and fails, to ignore him. And then one day he disappears and Eslaria finds herself almost missing the man.
Life goes on, the village trapped in its own little bubble, completely unaware that their world is about to shatter.

Outside of Felsworn, a sickness is spreading far and wide, yet the small village remains untouched. Only a handful of villagers become sick, but thanks to Eslaria, they survive and go on to make a full recovery. It isn’t long until word spreads and YC appears once again, this time doing his damnedest to gain Eslaria’s favor.
While he is trying to worm his way into Eslaria’s good graces, the king has caught wind of the village and guards to capture, believing that she is somehow responsible for the sickness. After all, she knows how to cure it. Wouldn’t that mean she knows the cause of it?
As the guards snatch her up and begin to take her back to the castle, YC comes along and steals her right under their noses. His intentions, however, are not to save her, but to kidnap her and bring her to his own kingdom not only to cure his people of the sickness, but to help discover the cause of it. She learns that during his stay in her village, he was planning a coup against his older brother. After successfully overthrowing the rightful heir (For reasons I will leave entirely to you) he intends to focus on calming the kingdom of unrest and ruling as he sees fit (Again, up to you how he intends to rule the kingdom, be it good or bad.) He's forced to change his plans when the sickness begins to spread and his people are hit harder than his enemy
He returns to the village, suspecting that Eslaria has already found a cure and after observing the village his assumption is proven accurate. Before he can try to convince her to willingly come with him, the guards come and arrest her. He follows, waiting for the perfect opportunity to free her, at least from the guards. She's forced to go along with him, unwillingly once she discovers his true identity. However, she is left with only two options; help her enemy and live, or surrender herself to her king and risk being put to death.

The Plot is fairly simple. I would like to start the roleplay prior to when YC leaves the village and jump to when he returns before she is taken prisoner.
Kidnapping, Enemies to Lovers, Forced Proximity, One Horse/One Bed, (Would like Fated Mates)
Romance is an absolute must! I would like for this to be a slow burn as well with a plot/smut ration of 70/30 at most. I would like the focus to be more on the story and character development. World building is a definitely plus!
I would like someone who can reply at least twice a week. More is certainly welcome and I can try to reply as frequently as once a day, but I can promise at least twice a week.
I like to write. When I get going, I can go on until I stop myself. I also have days where writing is a chore. My reply lengths vary. However, 4 paragraphs is usually my absolute minimum. Writing is my coping mechanism and it helps me stay sane. If you don't enjoy long posts, we're probably not a good fit.
I like details. I enjoy creating. Worlds, characters, plot twists, all of it. I do character sheets and I do ask for them in return. If that's not your thing, we're probably not compatible. I play a vast array of characters and I tend to lose interest with only two characters active constantly.
That being said, with this roleplay, as stated previously, the focus on the story. That doesn't mean that I'm not a sucker for a juicy scene or two. My kinks and limits are fairly normal. As for absolute no's the usual applies; nothing that violates the sites rules, no bathroom stuff, nothing involving children, animals, or dead bodies. Not big into the crazy anime stuff and vore is an a hard pass.
I think that covers just about everything! If you're interested, feel free to drop me a PM.
