Hello, My nam is Nevermore.
Quiet a mouthful I know, so feel free to shorten it as you see fit.
Now, this is my first time here on this site but it's certainly not my first time roleplaying; i've been doing it on and off again for about 11 years. I simply adore come up with new worlds and getting lost in the ones that other's create.
I'm a bit rusty considering the fact that I just finished college which resulted in 90% of my writing be more of an academic word-vomit into the void than anything fun. For the curious few I got a dual degree in Anthropology and psychology. Meaning I find people and everything that has to do with them captivating.
Here's a bit about what I like: (A rough list of genre that's subject to expansion)
- Romance (I'm a sap at heart)
- Scifi (A.I.s, aliens, time travel, killer viruses, mutants)
- Horror (monsters, serial killers, curses etc. )
- Thrillers
- Fantasy (both high fantasy and good old fairytale retellings
- Zombies..are they their own category..I feel like they should be..
- Post apocalyptic scenarios ( I studied psychology so exploring the resilience of the human spirit is an interest of mine.)
**Honestly about anything and everything. I've written countless of rps over the years. At times taking a chance and doing something I didn't think i'd like...only to find that it challenged me in ways I could never imagine. Ultimately, that's why i'm here; to let my mind wander, push my skills and see what stories surface as a result. **
Style:
- multipara or novella style. I typically write a lot but, as long as my partner can provide me with at least 2 paragraph to go off, I'm happy.
- Please, please don't feel the need to match my word count it's quality not quantity.
It's OUR story meaning that you're free to steer it in X or Y direction even if i'm the one who posted the starter or concept. Surprise me! The only thing I ask is please just give me fair warning if it's an earth shattering shift.
- Third person.. I simply can't write in first person it always sounds disjointed.
Relationships
I welcome smut; Just let me know before hand that this is what you're looking for
- I've Rped as male, female and gender queer characters. I prefer to Rp as male characters..i'm just oddly better at it but if you're willing to be patient with me i'm happy to make a female character.
- Open to f/f, M/M and F/M relationships. (Poly relationships as well. )
