Hello, hello!
After a couple year long hiatus from roleplaying, I'm finally forcing myself to get back into it, and I'm super excited to be here! I'm giving The Inner Sanctum a try after doing some research online and seeing how much everyone loved it. While I am a newbie to the site, I wouldn't consider myself new to RPing, as I was very active for about 8 years before taking a break (COVID really took the creative drive out of me, as I'm sure other people can relate to).
A little about me~
I'm 22 years old, and I'm in my last semester of college right now for graphic design, French, and well, creative writing! I use all pronouns (creativity highly encouraged). I've been writing since I was a little kid, but I started RPing on animal SIM website (like you raised virtual animals, but there were also active roleplay threads completely unrelated to the animals). Those awful Supernatural self-insert RPs on that SIM website will be my villain origin story, I assure you. My hobbies outside of writing are video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and making visual art! I kind of flip flop between mediums, but right now, I'm really interested in collages. My favorite movie is Howl's Moving Castle, and an album I've been listening to recently is Premonitions by Miya Folick.
On the writing side~
In my creative writing studies, I've mostly focused on creative nonfiction, but I'm really interested in all genres and types of stories, particularly ones with an LGBTQIA+ focus. I'm a nb lesbian, so those stories tend to catch my interest, to be fully honest. I'm not super affiliated to any particular fandoms, so I tend to like custom stories that my partner and I develop over time.
