Hi, I go by Substitute Hero online, but I feel free to call me whatever you like. I'm a seasoned role player who's been part of the hobby for about two decades. It's been a while since I took part in a forum, however. I'm only just now picking it back up because I want a reason to get back to writing consistently.

I aim to publish an rpg system/setting book in the near future. Hope you all don't mind me putting my ideas out there to see how they do.

Hey, thanks for the warm welcome. I'd love to share what I'm working on, and potentially get some feedback. The main project right now is a system based on tarot cards instead of dice, where players treat their decks like a collectible card game.

Many welcomes , you are in the right place we got enthusiastic peeps of all varieties . And although there isnt a place to post system forums...eyeballs the mods
We do run groups fairly regularly. Keeping them tho but hit an miss.
I recommend short form, one shots for a better chance of success.

All that aside hope you are settling in well, any problems feel free to ask those degenerated hanging around in chat...if they can't help you they will point to someone who can.
