Master crafter Since she was just a young elf clutching her mama’s apron, Jingle has been taught how to craft just about every toy in existence and quite excellently at that. Elves have high standards for their work and Jingle strives to live up to those standards.
Baking No one can bake better tasting or more beautiful Christmas cookies than Jingle. She puts pride, dedication and devoted hard work into every single cookie she makes.
Organization In matters of the workshop and managing the other elves, Jingle makes sure everything is right on target for Christmas. Elves are doing their jobs, all the cookies are baked and correctly at that, every candy cane has the right amount of stripes, the whole package really.

BACKGROUND
Jingle was born to the Northern elf tribe of Christmas town to elves Yule and Holly Snowbell 900 years ago, the shining light of her parents lives, they taught their darling daughter everything they knew about toy making, decorating both beautifully and festively and the baking of Christmas treats.
From her youth, Jingle followed Santa Claus around like his shadow, she adored the kind and jolly human man. It was easy to see why the Northern elf tribes ancestors chose this man to be made immortal and spread goodwill and love to the world of mortal men on the holy day of Christmas.
She soaked up every bit of knowledge she could from tailing both Santa Claus and the wonderful Mrs. Claus, she learned all the ins and outs of not just the workshop, but all of Christmas village itself. It was her dream to one day prove herself worthy to become Santa’s Head Elf.
It took her 700 years of practice and dedicated hardwork before Noel (The head elf at the time) decided he wanted to retire and named Jingle his replacement. No one in The Pole could argue that the cheerful and bubbly blonde elf was the perfect choice for the job.
For 200 years after that, Jingle was Santa’s right hand elf and helped to make sure Christmas always went off smoothly without a hitch. She was determined that she would always maintain a pristine and unblemished record before her time to retire as an old, old elf would eventually one day come.
Some might even call Jingle a bit of a workaholic, the other elves often have to put in great efforts to make her slow down or take needed breaks. It’s part of her charm though, the elves know they can always depend on her.

Hope is not completely lost however, for there is a flower high up on the Forbidden Mountain that can cure any illness... however, this is Krampus's territory and therefore, incredibly dangerous to the inhabitants of Santa's village.
Jingle, the head elf, however will not throw in the towel, she is determined to save Santa and save Christmas! She seeks out the help of the powerful but very mischievous winter fey Jack Frost, one whom has longed admired Jingle.
Jack offers Jingle a bargain... if he accompanies her up the Forbidden Mountain and protects her while they search for the flower, she must agree to give him a chance and marry him. Jingle agrees, seeing sincerity in his desire to prove himself to her, and their adventure up the mountain begins.
