Hi there, my name is Shay and I venture here from the chilly Isle of the UK!

I've been writing for as long as I can remember, since I got my first laptop I think at 13yrs old! My writing/role plays up until this point have been Harry Potter sites, but I'm looking for a new venture and endless possibilities!

I have varied interests but I'm a sucker for dystopian, political-esque themes, think Hunger Games, Maze Runner, Divergent - so I suppose they fit with a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi too! I also adore royalty/imperial family type stuff too - I do like myself some fantasy/medieval too! I'm a sucker for worldbuilding and plotting, it's one of my favourite things to do!

I think I may have just described Dune as being my kryptonite

I am open to smut, I've not done it for a long time and generally don't have any limits - I'm not looking for just smut but if this could be incorporated into plots when necessary then I would love that! All I ask is a conversation as part of plotting to discuss limits before anything happens! Additionally, I tend to write MxM, but I am open to trying new things!

My writing tends to fall on the longer side but I don't mind for post lengths, I can ramble on a bit and get carried away so please don't feel like you need to match my post length, all I ask is you give me something to work with I tend to post once a week, maybe more if I have the time, but I would always be available for plotting - I tend to use discord for this! I love getting messages about our characters and points of discussion from them! I can also send samples of my writing if required.

I will look to browse the requests/want-ad section but if you feel you have something that might peak my interest feel free to send me a PM - I'd love to hear from you!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​

Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
