Okay not really, but it seems like most people introduce themselves with some kind of media reference, and that's the first thing that came to mind.

I'm Fawn! I've been roleplaying for over a decade, which is a shocking thing to realize as I'm typing this out. I'm 23, and currently avoiding studying for a biochemistry exam by casually looking for more RP opportunities. It's been a long time since I've had free time of any sort, and now I have about a year to "waste" waiting to hear back if I got into vet school or not, so here I am!

I have a hoard of characters I made 3-5 years ago (when I last had this much free time, oop) and I can't wait to blow the dust off and build new stories with them! I typically write 300-500 words per post, but it also depends on if I get a burst of inspiration - can definitely approach 2k with the right vibes! I don't write NSFW sexual content, and for romantic pairings I only do MxF! Medieval semirealistic or fantasy is my jam, but I do also have some characters who would fit in a modern world!

I'm looking forward to getting to know this awesome community and maybe find some new friends and ships along the way!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​

Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
