→ standard f-list
→ WHAT I SEEK: I'm looking for a literate partner who can spell properly, understands grammar, and can give me enough to work with. Preferably someone who can write at least two paragraphs.
→ OTHER: please know that I probably can't post every day, my goal will be once a week or more. Face claims are very important to me. and all but required for OC x OC. I'll do models/actors or art as long as the art isn't anime-y (unless we're doing something anime, obviously). Got some suggestions in my journal, but they're not necessities.
In everything I do, characters are at least 18. Generally I prefer to run characters older than that, but there's occasions for it.
I love love love the dynamic of Person Who Does Violence and Person They Do Violence For. He's protective, obsessive, and probably inadvertently pins a not insignificant amount of his (questionable) mental stability on her well-being, and she's thrilled to have someone who will keep her safe. Just an absolutely toxic mess all around. Definitely a good amount of emotional manipulation happening, probably on both parts to some degree. This wouldn't mean she's not legitimately into him, though. I always need legitimate romance, even if it's unhealthy. In my perfect world he's some level of clingy and needy and doting and also will kill someone with his bare hands like it's a perfectly normal thing to do.
If handled correctly I'd also be up for someone who totally recognizes what she's doing but is willing to go along with it because he's a mess and thinks it's charming/amusing/whatever. He also doesn't have to be... standardly gruff & tough masculine? I love that, obviously, but I think there's something good about a guy who just doesn't seem like he'd snap like that but he regularly does.
In addition, I feel like this does really well with an age gap (10-25 years, preferably). Situations where it could have been the whole reluctant father figure trope thing but oops, some wires got crossed. He recognizes it's not all that appropriate, may even attempt to keep some emotional distance and hope the feelings fade, but he can't.
I’m pretty open about considering different kinds of dudes right now so pitch what you’ve got?
You like femdom? I've got fems that dom
in terms of apocalypses/dystopias...
◼ zombies
◼ Fallout inspired
some original pairing ideas, I'm really just getting started on this list:
• important survivor x guard
Canons I'm interested in for this (AUs or not)
vibes may not be 100% the same as what I'm looking for in original pairings, I feel like there's some sliders I'm adjusting for each element depending on the canon.
♦ The Walking Dead:

for original pairings I like to stay pretty standard, but I'm willing to negotiate
◼ post-global pandemicthe world shut down after a pandemic hit, and it never started back up again
◼ beginnings of solarpunk/nature has overtaken what was manmade◼ Fallout inspired
I haven't played or watched Fallout, but I like a wasteland with weird enemies
◼ trying to consider something space-ylikely more focused on a single planet than a big spaceship adventure, though I do think he could have come from a big spaceship adventure lifestyle
◼ murder robotsoops AI took over the world, now robots kill people OR some government uses said robots to hunt down people surviving outside approved zones or whatever
◼ dieselpunk...?I know it's a rough ask to introduce something that appears to have mechs and then say no mechs for the main characters, but that's where I'm at.
◼ cyberpunk...?maybe, I'm still getting into the genre and so it would need some work.

• important survivor x guard
not looking for political importance or wealth, I'm looking for immunity to a virus/zombie bites or the ability to do something special. Maybe there's straight up just very few women left for [insert reason we have to justify]
• community survivor x recluse for the beginning of the apocalypse (especially zombies) socialite x recluse.
• human x modified war droidI guess this trades age gap for him not being human
• 'wildling' x 'civilized' survivorshe grew up outside of civilization and has all the survival skills of someone small, quick, and smart. Maybe he's a scavenger used to operating in the wilds, maybe the community has criminal organizations and he's simply used to killing for a living
• trying to put something together with a mercenaryif he starts out being paid for his services, it doesn't last. Maybe he thinks this is a shot at some kind of redemption
• survivor x super soldier / experiment / whatevermaybe he's still supposed to be active, maybe the war is over and he's supposed to be trying to put it all behind him.
• suggest, please.Canons I'm interested in for this (AUs or not)

♦ The Walking Dead:
Shane Walsh, Daryl Dixon, Rick Grimes, Negan Smith
♦ Marvel: Bucky Barnes, Frank Castle, Logan Howlett, Matt Murdock, maybe Loki Laufeyson, Spider-verse Miguel O'Hara, Andrew Garfield!Peter Parker
♦ DC:Jason Todd, maybe Damien Wayne? I really do feel like there's more options here that I'm not thinking of
♦ Z Nation:10k/Tommy
♦ The Last of Us:Joel Miller, Tommy Miller
♦ Resident Evil:Leon Kennedy
♦ Star Wars:Din Djarin, Cobb Vanth
♦ Murderbot:or rather, heavily inspired by it
♦ Dungeon Crawler Carl:less manipulation angle, more age gap - I feel like Carl's the kind of dude who'd struggle if she was like 22, even though that's not all that unreasonable. He just gives that vibe.
