This is a bit intimidating, but here goes!

My name is Maya. It's very nice to meet you all! I tend to be quite a bit older than others in roleplay spaces, from (albeit little!) prior experience. I'm in my late thirties, and my hobbies certainly don't make me seem younger; little practical crafts like knitting, sewing, and cooking are ones I'm especially fond of. I do also write from time to time! But things have been lonely as of late, especially with the winter chill setting in (which, as a Canadian, is very chilling!).

I've been searching for sites that are a bit more inviting to newcomers. It's a bit daunting starting out when most have far more experience! But, I am excited to learn! Just bear with me in the meantime. <3

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then!
