Good morning folks. I don't care what time it is. Take the greeting.
I'm picky. Very picky. Time and a multitude of disappointments are to blame. But I've had good moments too or I would still be a dead account.
I used to be really big into High fantasy and DC or Marvel . . . but I find that the former has bored me and the latter two are often mishandled.
I like Supernatural, recognizing it as a subgenre of fantasy and preferring to steer away from romanticizing demons or fae.
Cyberpunk, thanks to Alita Battle Angel and Cyberpunk 2077. although I had seen Akira, but my liking for the genre was because of the life action Alita. No, I will not be wanting to roleplay any of these canon universes.
I like the concept of superhumans, but I refuse to roleplay canon universes like DC and Marvel. inspiration derived from these universes could be fun, however.
Other animes that I have enjoyed are Death Note, Ajin, Blue Exorcist, Parasyte, Erased, a season and a half of MHA, and Attack on Titan.
Movies I've enjoyed that are not anime would be Godzilla Minus One, Jurassic Park One and Three (Not Jurassic World), and Gladiator (Fuck Gladiator Two. the making of it should never have been considered)
Again, I refuse to roleplay these universes.
I insist on slow burn. An average of one to 4 paragraphs per post. nothing more. I will use images as a way to represent a character for a CS. Depending on the mood I want to set, I can range from anime to live action images. You will likely get very little background for new characters. up to a couple paragraphs for a character background and very little for the personality if I haven't played the character before. Characters, in my experience, evolve and likely may stray from the initial personality that I have set for it. Thus, the character will have very little set up for a personality description, likes, dislikes . . . aspects I like to improvise and when improvised, they stick in my head longer.
I can play either sex, whatever age (within reason).
