Imagine a married couple. Not exceptional in any way. They've been married a few years and have settled in to a routine.
They're a traditional couple in a traditional marriage. He's the breadwinner - she may or may not work part time just for something to do, to get out of the house, or perhaps to contribute to the family savings. They may or may not have children.
He struggles to stay in shape. Maybe his job requires it, like he's a cop or firefighter or in the military. Maybe she was a bit overweight when they married, and has put on a bit more weight over the years. She sees herself as .... whatever - fat? frumpy? He sees her as beautiful, but isn't so clueless that he can't see the reality.
He has a kink. Femdom roleplay - in the privacy of the bedroom. She doesn't understand the appeal, but she's a good wife, so she indulges him - on rare occasions - even though she doesn't see herself as a goddess worthy of worship.
Then one day, sick and tired of being sick and tired, she makes a change. Diet, exercise, her loving husband's support and encouragement - she transforms her body, but not her attitude. She still doesn't see herself as a goddess. Her loving husband comes up with a plan - with the best of intentions. He finally convinces her to go along with it. (She probably agreed to it just to shut him up.)
She spends the day at the spa, being pampered. An army of assistants do her hair, makeup, nails, etc. When she comes home she dresses in something sexy her husband picks out for her. (think cleavage)
The idea is for him to drive her across town where they won't encounter anyone they know. Her job is to sit in the passenger seat looking hot, and notice the way men are checking her out. He assures her she doesn't even need to get out of the car.
She is terribly self conscious and not into this at all. However -- subconsciously it has an affect on how she starts to see herself. (Maybe she attacks him at home as soon as they walk through the door, then they don't mention it for two weeks.) She goes back to dressing frumpy and using minimal makeup, etc, but a couple of weeks later suggests another day at the spa followed by a little drive across town.
-- the idea is to play out the process of her discovering how hot she really is - and how that affects their Femdom role play. How "real" does it become? Does she take it out of the bedroom into the living room? The back yard? Public? To what extent does it affect other relationships? Does she flirt with a handsome stranger in front of her husband? Or maybe a neighbor, friend or coworker? These are things that are decided during the course of the play.
