History- Davids family immigrated from Germany two generations back and took their trade knowledge with them. His grandfather slowly out-competed the local smiths for trade with nobles and ran a very successful storefront with multiple apprentices. Unfortunately for David his father was a bit more into the drink than the forge and ended up tearing down a lot of the reputation that his grandfather built his father died an early death to unknown causes and David took up the craft early.
